Baez is still refusing to work with LE

Why is this?

I understand he needs to protect his client against self-incrimination in the event of future charges, but it seems totally bizarre to me that he is not cooperating with LE at all. Surely he and Casey can sit down with LE and answer some questions, even if he doesn't allow her to answer every question. IMO he seems to be enjoying his 15 minutes way too much - he's on lots of shows, but doesn't have time to cooperate with LE.

How did the grandmother know what Caylee was wearing when she went missing if she hadn't seen her???

She was describing CASEY,.. they wanted to know what she was wearing because she was getting arrested for stealing the car and the credit cards, in case she fled I guess. she said 5'1" thin, brown hair brown eyes

Well, we are all coming on here being sneaky then, since no one uses their own name or posts personal information that can identify them. How many people posting here say, this is my full name, this is the city where I live and here is my myspace page link so you can identify all my friends and family, too? I choose not to even click on these links when posted here unless they are pages devoted to the missing person and intended for use for that purpose.

It's not that he used his wrong name it's that he could have said those things while on line.

I will not be made to feel guilty about what we do on WS's. That is analyze cases with the information that we have.

Again. My SPACE is PUBLIC. Don't publish private things on there if you don't want folks to see them.

I personally never said a thing about Mr. Grund. OR HIS SON.

I really don't care to discuss this anymore as WS's is about solving crimes and sometimes things get ugly here. Just so you newbies will know.:blowkiss:

Just want to say that I hope everyone does realize that many comments here are read by family and friends. I honestly do not believe anyone has malicious intentions for their speculations. We should all apologize for any hurt that comments here have brought to the Anthony family or to others such as Mr. Grund.

Thank you for bringing this all to light. I am hurt that I might of said something to hurt a incessant bystander who loved this precious girl.

I apologize for anything I said wrong and from now on will only put "facts" from new reports and thing I would not want said about me will not be said. I am so sorry.

I agree we all here only want precious Caylee home and safe. Nobody knows how anyone would react in their place unless you are there and I would not want to be there.

I think Jesse's dad makes a very valid point.....

people sometimes DO get over-zealous in their speculations about various crimes & I think it can be very hurtful when they start tracking down all sorts of friends &/or relatives of POI.


In this day & age of the internet & people writing all sorts of personal messages on social networks, they never imagine that their words may some day be held under a microscope & analyzed by complete strangers.

I suppose that's as good a reason as any to NOT post personal info, private messages or photos in public... you just never know when you might prefer to have privacy. Once it's out there in cyberland.... it can be out there forever & you have no control over it anymore.

I think Casey's friends & family members are also victim's of Casey's lies & manipulation & whether they try to defend her or throw her to the wolves.... it's a no win situation for them. They've been scarred. For life.

I agree! I think many on here go overboard too with their sleuthing and lots of innocent people are hurt by it. I try not to get so caught up in speculating family and friends til LE has said they are involved.

I don't feel Jesse was ever involved. Never crossed my mind.

OT but related - just this week I met in person a former WSer who I met "online" in 2003 during the Laci Peterson case - we joked about whether we should call each other by our WS names or our real names!

MySpace is a public forum that anyone can read, unless your profile is set to private, and from what I understand, even then it's not a guarantee that your profile will remain private. Why is it that people knowingly post personal information and then cry "poor me" when the information is used in a way that they don't like? Don't be stupid enough to put the information out there if you don't want people to see it, duh!

Dats a Fact now back to our dissection of the issue at hand, case of missing Caylee. Who said what, where & when. Who was where and when. What is the missing information. It is very hard to reconstruct from lies over and over.

Wow! I just finished reading all of this! I cannot believe this guy! I feel that since he mentioned my nic in his tirade, it gives me the right to comment.
My Dad was a minister. He attended Seminary when he got out of the Marines. I have sat in church all of my life and have never heard anything like this! Not in this way.

I seriously hope that LE comes back with the testing in the trunk soon If they can say that hair was from a decomposing Caylee then maybe GM, GP, and Lee can get Casey to say where Caylee is.

Is it my understanding that if the stain in the trunk is indeed the decomposition fluid, that it can be tested like DNA to see if it matches Caylee?????

So when things are deleted there then LE could get a warrant and go there to get the archives?

I am just wondering since some delete stuff? Kind of curious? Like a computer when you delete the LE can still get to it?
