well according to his BIL, he resigned, and has no benefits or pension after 10 years, that speaks volumes to me..

I was 'vested' after 10 years when I left LE, and I got my money in a lump sum. No monthly check, tho.

Gotta keep our fingers crossed that something comes up and Casey DOES NOT walk out that door!

(if she does get out, they may let her go out the back door of the jail like when they escort inmates to court. The car could pick her up right outside the back gate - Padilla's helpers.)

This is a huge day for this case, and the already strained nerves and emotions are bound to boil over. Remember, there is a rant thread. I know I will probably visit several times today. We need to try and keep the inevitable anger in check. If they have to close down this thread again, I for one will die. Absolutely die.

I am DREADING seeing Casey walk out the jail doors. I just KNOW she is going to be all smiles. She is getting out and all the media being there. She is gonna LOVE it! She will feel like she is a celebrity. But the sad thing is,.. she is kinda, but not for a good reason. I WANT CAYLEE FOUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been racking my brain on this one too. just a few things send up red flag to me and I can't get them off my mind..

ok is LP is telling the truth which if I do take his word to be true then its has to have something to do with a person in new york.. and this i think all day long ok could it be so and so .. no dont think that person would do it. and then i move on to another etcc....

Not much of this case is making sense (again!). I get that the bail bondsman wanted the attention, and I do think he thought he could get answers from the mom. And yes, it's great for his new show. He has repeatedly said that he thinks he can get the answer from her, and he maybe right. I watched his brief meeting on TV when he met the brother- and the brother made it very clear that he also was speculating. Having said all this ( and with remembering that somewhere in all this, I heard (don't know if it's true) that he only wanted her out for a week. But after the arrangements that were made yesterday, with him and his team not being allowed to speak with her- why is he going through with this? He has no moral or legal obligation to follow through with this now. And why should he? The attorney is not letting anyone speak with her so what is the hurry to get her out? She can speak freely with her attorney, and has daily- the premise of her needing to be out so that she can speak freely is a joke. Her attorney can pass on any leads to LE, anything negative obviously he does not have to pass on. So what spin is the family now going to put on this? Of course, if it is true that the bondsman is only allowing a week, I personally will laugh as back to jail Casey goes because as the bondsman he has the right to revoke that bond at any time

I just saw on Fox news.. that the jail is putting out the "red carpet ropes" to give wittle Casey some bweathing woom...even Paris didn't get "the ropes"!!!

No, and he makes it sound as if Cindy won't talk to any of them because they ask her too many questions. And try to point the facts out to her. IMO, it sounds like the family is very concerned and want to help. But their kind of help isn't wanted.

I am willing to bet that based on his posts, LE called him and are interviewing him.. To my knowledge, LE has not spoken to the GGMA about the stolen checks FROM HER checkbook..

Is it possible that Amy HAS filed charges against Casey? Much is not being told.
