To go with your theory Katie, then how is she planning on ever getting her back? If she would not enlist LE's help, then basically you are saying she is just 'over it'? I mean, if someone took my child I would be down at the police station immediately. And if it had to do with drugs etc....so what? I sure would not chance getting charged with murder.

I have to agree. There comes a point when nothing else matters but the safety of the child.

Robot and Summer..I would be so happy if they filed more charges on her..and the sooner the better! But I also want them to win in court. What a nightmare if she's the female Oj Simpson.

On a lighter note, my daughter woke up and told me that she dreamt that she and I were at Casey's house and Casey was telling all these lies and I BELIEVED her!! Emily was so mad at me and kept telling me she is a murderer and I told her that she is so nice its hard to believe that!!! I laughed until I cried! She knows how I feel about Casey!! But when she woke up, she said it was so vivid that she was MAD at me for a few minutes until she realized it was a nightmare!! Gave me a good laugh!

I believe someone took this child from her. There was a threat or something and she is scared. I don't believe she gave her to someone; she was taken. JMO

I remember seeing an interview with George that he did say he thought the car smelled of decomp but then thought she may have hit a dead animal . Can't remember which interview .

I'm going to rely on the homicide detectives and Cindy who smelled the car that fateful day.

Oh . . don't forget about the dogs.

Before coming up with "out there" theories -- just look at the evidence we have in front of us.

I have been of that mindset from the beginning. However, I must admit am having shades doubts now. DID the air/stain in the trunk test positive for human decomp and was Caylee's DNA in that trunk or not? Surely these results are in by now. Yes, I am feeling impatient- and concerned that LE hasn't obtained evidence to press homicide charges.

Just say someone seriously threatened you or a family member, so serious in fact that you feared for your life or that family member, would not your first instinct be to go to the police? Or would you just ignore it all and hope it went away?

Apparently Casey's first thought was "Maaaaaannnnn....Whatev! I'm still going out tonight!"

His exact words were "i admit, it smelled like a body" and then went on to ramble about a squirrel staying with Anthony Protocol of backtracking and confusion...sometimes in the same sentence.

You are correct, I would run to the police. My theory about someone taking her is a little off. I believe she did leave her with someone and that person took off.

Also, can you link me to the video of the new spokesman saying what info Casey has provided since being home with people she trusts? She would not speak in jail because of mistrust issues. No reason not to spew info now like coca-cola out of a laughing nose.

As far as her talking now? I haven't heard that she is talking since being out of jail. Baez has instructed her not to without him present.

It would not surprise me if Baez tries to shift the focus to Tony. I just read an article where one of his clients was just sentenced and it seems Baez tried to say that the mother was the one who killed the child rather than the boyfriend who was his client. Ok...so you leave a child (it doesn't even have to be your child, any child you were caring for) with someone and they do not return the child as they were supposed to.

Wouldn't your first instinct to be to go to the police, or would you just ignore it not tell anyone and hope it resolved itself?
