I know that KC allegedly told that to a couple of her friends, but was there another, more reliable, source that stated George was having an affair? (I sincerely can't remember.)

If he were, the spouse thing would make sense. In a weird way the word "spouse" is less intimate than the word "wife".

I remember in DOC #3 on the Amy interview she states Cindy denies there were any issues between Cindy and George, in reference to the affair.
I personally am not buying an affair until I, too, see a more reliable source.

SS, if you know......does LE usually help TES in these type of cases? From what I have gathered they (TES) are much respected.

Speaking of which, I have heard the ignore button referred to many times, but I haven't been able to find it. Not much of a sleuther, am I, LOL. Anyway, it would be great if someone would reveal to me the whereabouts of the alleged ignore button on here.
TIA

I could totally see her saying that for the divide and conquer approach.

In theory, Casey could be convicted of homicide even without forensics, so long as the jury is properly persuaded. New York LE didn't needed Irene Silverman's dead body or any forensics at all to convict Sante and Kenneth Kimes of her murder. By the way, Irene Silverman still hasn't showed up anywhere, some 10 years later.

Once in a while, a murderer is able to successfully dispose of the victim and any attendant forensic proof. Just because there's no body, doesn't mean there wasn't any homicide. LE will have to convince the jury that this is what happened in this case, and that Casey didn't report the disappearance of Caylee as part of her plan to forever conceal any scientific evidence of Caylee's dead body.

It's quite possible to convict without a body - it requires flawless work. They can leave NOTHING to chance. Hoever, I think the Anthony family needs a body (otherwise they won't believe it). Since there's no statue of limitations on murder, the police have all the time in the world (meanwhile torturing Baez and Casey). They don't have to turn anything over to Baez UNTIL they charge Csey. So, I think strategicaloly, waiting is a good move.

It is copspeak.
It was obvious to me, when reading his statement, that he knew how to write a concise police statement and had had some practice. LOL

I agree. At this point in time, lol, I am very in love with my husband, but any time I fill out something, I refer to him as my spouse, not my husband. Just seems more professional to me, I guess.

2) When her friend Ryan Pasley was asked how he first found out about Caylee missing, he state something like "you mean the INCIDENT"???? What INCIDENT????

3) Casey also kept mentioning the stairs at Sawgrass apts. as being last place she saw Caylee and that was what happened according her in "a backwards kind of way" - does that mean Caylee fell down the stairs or Casey pushed her. (They should seriously search that lake behind those apts. or the dumpster service (landfill) they use.
Karen,
Good post. Maybe Caylee did fall down the stairs. Still - if this was an accident, WHY is she doing all of this stuff? I really pray she is alive. If it weren't for the cadaver dogs - I'd have more hope.

Lordy, truer words were never spoken. If anyone needs a "body" to move on it would be the Anthony's. I still doubt if they would believe she died at the hands of Casey. It's a start though. :)

I would like to see the local stations not follow Casey to the Corrections facilty. Any thoughts?

I agree, it only feeds her ego. I noticed yesterday in the video when Casey attempted to hold onto RD's arm he quickly shook off her grip on him. I think they are disgusted with her too after the documents were released. RD definitely kept her as far away from his body as he could while escorting her in that video yesterday.

Deputy is now fired for having an intimate relationship with Casey

I thought it was reported on NG last night that he was fired because he lied to LE, not because of a sexual relationship!

I know what the media reported but I thought this was cleared up to his actual termination.

I maybe behind in matters ....

no, you are correct.

Go to your user cp up at the top of thepage, then on the left are a bunch of options. The ignore is down the list. You have to type in the poster's name you want to ignore.

No, you are correct, Patty.

Well curiosity - Im sure at one point you were new too ---

And, like I said - Im sure someone from WS with a "idea" or that comes off as "odd" is probably one of 100's who have been in contact with LE over this case - theres threads and discussions everywhere....make believe myspace/facebooks....whatever

Do I agree that people shouldnt be calling LE with their "crazy ideas" probably - but what if one of the "crazy" ideas actually helps them?

I would think they would be grateful for all credible, well meaning tips they get. I'm not suggesting you call at 2am and demand to speak to Yuri, but I'm sure they scan a lot of phone tips and email each day and follow up on those they see fit. IMOO

It was because of lying. Sorry:blowkiss:
But you know, I just can't figure out why he lied about it. UNLESS he paid her for sex and that would be paying for illegal activity. Just a thought.
Why lie??

The Nancy Grace show seemed to have that particular footage on a loop last night and RD did pull his arm away from her when she was trying to cling to it.

It also looked like he was trying to be nice about it, by raising his arm and then putting it behind her as if to guide her along.

Yes, they usually do work with LE. They are very much respected among the LE community and missing networks. They are professional and bring an enormous amount of resources/expertise into an investigation.

The Holloway case was unusual as it dealt with an island in the middle of an ocean and Aruban authorities were less than helpful. Still...they did everything they could with what they had to work with. I applaud their efforts.
