Actually not true. They will be able to tell if the hair was from Caylee's head when she was alive in the car or dead.

There is a defining band around hair coming from a dead body. It it has that band it will show that she was dead and in the trunk (cant even stand to type it) and that will be just as conclusive as anything else.

I agree, that was just what the talking head said.

Bumping this for those that don't know about the hair.

CNN headline news just reported the hair found in the trunk was Caylee's and it was from a decomposed body. Hair grows a certain bacteria and/or mold or something like that after death, and this hair was from after death

Each horrible revelation like this, gets more sickening to me.

Yeah, but where did they get their info. from? "SOURCES"? Sorry to seem like a grouch but I feel like everytime the media quotes "sources from deep within" we are fed a line of BS and it's driving me

Perhaps the wait has something to do with the Florida bail bondsman?

Ok, third try here. I keep getting a message that my security token is broken.

Procedure Explained For Turning In Bond
2:55 p.m., Thursday:
Allen Moore, spokesman for the Orange County Jail, sent along an e-mail explaining how a bond can be turned in, which is what Casey Anthony faces. In part, it says, "The bail bond agency which holds the bond has the authority to take the defendant into their custody and return them to jail without doing any paperwork in advance...The bail bond agent would bring the defendant to the jail..."-- WESH.com web staff

The interesting thing is the spokesman at the presser didn't deny any of the reports. He just stated they wouldn't comment on them. Below is what's being reported.

New FBI DNA results in the case of a missing Orlando girl indicate the girl is most likely dead.
Hair samples found in the trunk of Casey Anthony's car are definitely that of Caylee and the hair samples do show signs of decomposition, Local 6 confirmed Thursday

Until her immunity offer expires and prosecuters go forward with charges we are not going to get confirmation from the police department. Caylee is missing, that is accurate, that is what the offer to Casey is contingent on, making her unmissing. They know she dead. The FBI tests show that it is Caylee's hair and blood, the body farm said air, hair, and blood stain and dirt were positive for decomposition. Until the offer expires and charges are filed it is an open investigation and the LE are not going to confirm.

Wow, I got on! I need an update please

Caylee is dead as proven by FBI lab DNA evidence and the air sample at U of Tennessee. The hair sample in the trunk showed it came from a deceased Caylee.

LE still has the status as a missing child case but they continue to move forward. (Essentially, the decision to change the status is with the State Attorney's Office and out of their hands. The Sheriff's Office Public Affairs Officer can only publically say what he is told to say. He can't change the official status of the case or give his own personal opinions.) Because the Sheriff's office continues to tell Cindy Anthony that the status is still the same -- a missing child case -- she lashes out at any media reporters that tell her the lab results show Caylee is dead. She yells at reporters that there are no changed circumstances and to get off her property. Casey took a backpack to her attorney's office where he and his staff babysit her every day because there's too much tension in the Anthony household. George leaves the house early in the AM and pretty much stays away. There is now a 24/7 camera on the house from Fox news. Casey spent 5 hours at the attorney office and is now back home. Leonard Padilla recommends getting the bond canceled. OCSO says all the bail bondsman has to do is let them know the bail bond they filed is canceled and bring Casey back to the jail. Remember, it is Estes, not the Padillas that filed the bond on the records of OCSO, so Estes has to get custody and bring her back to jail. Rumors say that will be by Saturday (probably, but not later than Sunday.) Reason for bail revocation is safety issue -- death threats have increased three fold since the lab results showed Caylee is dead. TexasEquuSearch is on the ground in Florida getting organized -- meeting with the Anthonys and the OSCO and will start searching Saturday. Have I missed anything?

Blink, I wanted to thank you for all the work you did with getting TES involved. :)

I thought as far as bail goes, you put down 10% and as long as they do not skip town and show up for their hearing you get that money back.

NO.........they do not get the 10% back.........that is what they pay the bonding company to bond out of jail.

If you post a CASH bond, which many people do, you get all of it back after appearing in court.

Guys...I know its disappointing but you should be COMMENDING LE . They are not going to
RISK this investigation and they shouldn't. Our need to know is soooo not a priority, but charging casey and prosecuting her are. They are playing chess right now. Let them do it.

Absolutely True... I, and alot of you have said from day one this is a study case for LE in missing person's investigations and I am confident it will end that way as well.

Bumping this up about the hair.

No, the 10% is spent, no refunds.

I think that's if you borrow the bail from a bondsman, because I know someone who paid their own bail and all of it was returned after they were through with all their court duties and the case was settled.

That money $50,000 is GONE--LP does not get that back. That is the "fee" 10 % of the bond. Tony Padilla is the bondsman and that is his fee. That's how bondsman make their money.

That money's not lost. LP was misleading the media in his own little shell game of hide the peanut. The $50,000.00 (10%) goes to the bondsperson who keeps it. That's how the bondsperson makes money in that business.

Here, the bondsperson is nephew Tony Padilla. So the $50K went from one Padilla to another, who will presumably give it right back to the first Padilla,if he hasn't already. No one's losing any money. The $50K stays with the Padillas, who are in this together. To the extent that LP was claiming otherwise was a big bunch of baloney, spoken of course, in words vague enough so that he would always have a way out if pressed. Which he never was. One thing about NG and Greta is that they're awful at follow-up questioning.

The fat lady won't sing until a cause of death is established.

I do not agree with you. Forensics and Dna are accurate to the extreme in this day in age. If they don't find Caylee's body they still have enough Forensics to convict Casey Anthony. Her daughter was dead in her trunk and she abandoned the car, didn't report her missing for 31 days, was out partying directly after, borrowed a shovel.

The fat lady has already sung. A huge and sad ARIA.

So what do you think...it's not LP who'll bring her in?
