They just showed on the 11pm news, Cindy putting up the "no trespassing" signs in her yard earlier this eve., and a reporter was quizzing her while she was doing it. Cindy said to the reporter: "for all I know, someone broke into the car at the tow yard and put a body in it".

OMG Cindy!!! You have absoutely got to be kidding me that she could actually possibly for half a moment think that possible or reasonable with EVERYTHING else added on. Ugh!!!

what this tells me is, she has spoken to the police about it, and they have basically not come out to help her-lol, i am sure they did tell her she could put up the signs thou.

for someone who was on every media outlet, she sure hates them now.

I own a home in Central Florida, and the way it works is, any thing from the inner line of the sidewalk, all the way out to the street (like the area that the mailbox sits on ), and an equivelent space of 5 ft. between 2 houses is considered "immenent domain", so it's not considered private property. Anthing past that sidewalk line, all the way up to the house (i.e. front yard, back yard, etc.) is considered private property. You are expected to "maintain" the grass mowing, etc. from the sidewalk to the street, but you don't own it.

Yeah but this was on the fox news orlando on the 11pm news. after nancy grace. So now I don't know whats going on. Whether they are giving out old news, new news or what???

Both Tony and Lenoard Padilla agree tonight on NG that Casey would be back in custody of OCSO Saturday!

Honestly? Is that for real? He has a legal write to shoot? Man!

They didn't even need the signs... In FL, we have the "Stand Your Ground" law, passed a few years ago. Basically, it protects people who shoot/kill/hurt someone who comes on their property and makes them feel threatened.

I'm not so sure about Caylee being in the trunk tire area the whole time at the towyard, but I do think those pavers that were done on July 4th have a big part in this and are why an already decomposing body may have ever been placed in the trunk in the first place. The guy at the towyard said that the suicide car smelled a little worse and that body had been inside for 5 days. If an already decomposing body had been in the tire compartment the whole time at the towyard wouldn't the smell have been very noticeable from the outside and totally unbearable inside especially when the trunk was opened?

In light of all the new, news and it's elements..

I must conclude, the grandparents are involved...

I may be wrong, but i doubt it..

Where is everyone tonite? Is everyone tired of the story? lol

Now I am reading on myfoxorlando that Leonard Padilla wants to revoke the bond BUT Tony Padilla doesn't. Tony said it makes his company look bad. I wonder if Tony is willing to foot the bill for hanging around there watching Casey until the case goes to trial???

Can you provide a link? Thanks

But say what if she left her in a car and it got to hot and she died of heat exhaustion? What if it was something like that. By this time forensics would not be able to determine the cause of death. Just an example.. Unless it was a violent death, at this point with decomp, they will not be able to determine cause of death.

I think they would. For instance in a drowning, the air sacs in the lungs turn a different color with water in them and even if it has been a while, that is still able to be detected. The lungs in a heat death, might be dehydrated as would other organs.

These are just guesses, but I took some courses under Dr. Bass and from the what I learned, there is not much which can't be determined. Even burned bodies have evidence in the bones. They solved one where a man set his wife's car on fire and burned it and her to a crisp and the maggots dead under the car when it was burned showed she was dead and had been dead for days.

There is SO MUCH now, as compared to even 5 years ago, it is amazing. I went to a luncheon where Dr. Bass spoke a few months ago and some things I learned in his classes had been updated so much in forensics, I was amazed.

Involved before or after the incident?
I mean, are they knowledgeable after the fact or did they "do" something to Caylee?

Cindy originally said she would rather Casey go to a safe house; if she got out. Remember when she said that to reporters?

Well of course she would - I would too ! Have someone cook your food and bring it to you every day, and cater to your every need, be able to take a hot shower when you want, watch tv when you want, whereas if you're sitting in jail, you eat what other prisoners eat, wake up when they make you, go to bed when they make you, and for Casey, only 1 hour of tv per day, if that.

I think Cindy is living in the same universe that Casey is, and it's not the same one that you and I live in !!

The information about the trunk/ tire compartment makes a LOT of sense.

Which begs the questions -because there's only 3 options at that point.
1. The body is moved elsewhere by at least one person WHO LEFT?
2. The body is hidden in the home or yard Cadaver dog hits explained? Bush pulling explained?
3. The body is hidden in the car Did the reporting officers check not only the car, but the trunk, AND the tire compartment?

Well, according to Lee, the car was in the garage when he came home during the 911 calling phase. (Whereas LE found it on the street the next day)

George comes home from the lot and pulls into the garage b/c he knows something's up, and the body OR evidence is in the wheel well (maybe he even knew in advance)

George removes whatever's in there, leaves (explaining the time frame he's not home when everything goes down)

George disposes of whatever's in the wheel well and he's in the process of doing that when Cindy calls and he doesn't answer, and when he twice calls Lee about going home to check on Cindy, etc.

I'm going to bed but if there's anything interesting about the guy in the red shirt who's face is in the webcam in front of the A's, private message me b/c by the time I wake up, we'll be on "Discussion Thread Number 4,000,000,000" and I won't know where to look for a response!

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) --Leonard Padilla, the bounty hunter who helped free the mother of a missing Florida toddler, wants his associates to withdraw her bail. His nephew the actual bondsman in the Casey Anthony case however isn't so sure.

The quote above is OLD news. Tony was with Lenoard tonight on NG and did NOT dispute that Casey would be returned to custody on Saturday.

Eeeck Rose, I have a cold right now that I can't get rid of...it is possible.

O/T it's an unscientific proven fact that if you give your cold to someone else yours will disappear. Works for me all the time! :)
