The only way you can shoot someone outside your home is if you reasonably believe that using deadly force is necessary to prevent imminent use of deadly force against yourself or others.

I agree with you. But, how does making fun of and insulting help? why do we have to sift through pages of those who write nonsense here to see those with theories?

PS there is a rant thread, and a triangle to report posts, and an ignore button. On another note, why do we have to sift through compaints to get to a theory?

I don't think Casey is crazy enough or stupid enough to purposely leave the body in the trunk for days especially after she was known to have the vehicle and been driving it. I think she was forced to move a decomposing body to another location.

I loved the new word used on NG tonight "un-doing". This is what Cindy does on a regular basis. The expert said: "it's when the person knows what is said is "true" but they undo it! "

Perfect example: Dogs hit on the car and in her backyard. Cindy responds "inconsistent hits and the trunk had pizza in it with maggots!

Now it makes more sense with all the odd answers Cindy had given to direct questions.

I'm just posting this to try to fix the quote issue.

Someone please quote a post that is NOT this one and is not before this one. Let me see if this will do it. The hanging unclosed quotes are what's causing it...but I think either once this thread is done, or if the earlier posts that are messed up already aren't quoted that it'll solve the problem.[/quote]

I wrote post 409 -- but in it there is a part that is quoted as me writing it about the decomp but I didn't -- someone else wrote it in response to something I had written earlier

Huh! funny how Cindy can implement everybody up to the tow yard workers in this crime, but god forbid we point a finger at Casey. Sick.

I can see it now:
Someone broke into the trunk and hide a dead body one night.
Then came back and stole the body out the next night.
And they came back the third night and fixed the lock.

Sounds good to me.

It could have only been for a few hours. Remember it's hot in Florida and hotter in the trunk.

I always wondered, if something happened to Caylee in the house, and then Casey wanted to move her, she could have put her inside of one of those large black yard trashbags, and then put her in the trunk. Then when she took the bag out to get rid of her somewhere else, the top closure area of the bag could have folded over and dripped out some of the decomp fluid into the trunk. George has been shown on occasion to use those same yard garbage bags to take out his trash, and if Casey thought about putting Caylee in water somewhere, she could have "weighed" the bags down with a couple of those brick pavers from the back yard. As small as Caylee was, it wouldn't have taken many of them to weigh her down. In my theory, she then took her and dumped her in the Econ. River at J. Blanchard Park at nighttime when no one was around.

Anything is possible. This would make sense too. Well not sense. You know what I mean.

I can see that happening. As she was removing her from the trunk the bag snagged on the right inside corner allowing the fluid to escape.

Wow the messages are messed up tonite...LOL

No, that model only holds a 'donut' & the well is only 5" deep.

Everyone needs to slow down & read all the posts
Hi txdot. A bad post is being carried and that is why it is getting messed up. You have to manually fix it like I fixed this one.

Look at the quote and make sure only the name of the person is showing in the quote and no one else. In this one, I had to erase Quickattack's name to keep it from posting all funky.
it should have a [ quote= name of poster you are quoting and a number ]then the post here and then[/ quote] I put in extra spaces so it would all show.

If everyone manually fixes as we go, it won;t continue to carry all messed up.

I also don't think that casey would have been smart enough to get rid of the car. Somebody either gave her the directive to do it (maybe somebody with a LE background) or her mom started to threaten her with calling the car in stolen in an effort to get Caylee back home with her. It was her only form of transport while Tony was at school etc, it's hard to back up a lie that you are working at universal w/o a car. She would have had to ask for "rides" to work. Maybe that was the inside knowledge between Lee and Casey in that jail convo, when she says she was there not for work, not for fun, and Lee goes "oh gotcha!" she may have been bummin rides to universal and hanging out in the lot to keep her *advertiser censored* covered.

I think that I read somewhere that Casey had told Tone she could work on her computer from home.

Yep! We're a bunch of gun totin' bad boyz down here I tell ya ! When my husband was serving in the Middle East for 2 years, I kept one loaded at all times in my nightstand (don't have kids, only cats, so it was safe in there).

:) FL also recently passed the "Bring Your Gun to Work" Law. I am anti-gun myself.

bumping up...

"Did the police ever ask CA's parents to take lie detector tests - and if so, did they?"

The recently released documents if I recall correctly has CA callin bout stolen car on the 26th two days after GA said he saw Casey with the car. Was there a short call log we had on the brd that showed a call for service to their home on this date as well? Shake my head but I thought I saw it in Cindy's statement to LE. Question now, if she actually reported the car as a theft the tow company would have known as a report would have been generated. Sounds like theft excuse after the fact.

LE wouldn't tell the media that type of information. Anything is possible and BOY would I like to be a little fly on the wall for both of those test!

Did anyone see on NG tonight where LP said they were taking her back Saturday before a protest was suppose to take place on Monday. What do we know about that?

Thank god there are no guns in that home...at least, there aren't supposed to be, under her bond agreement.

Cindy with a hammer is just as scary, though!
