Perth weather for Saturday 8th August and Sunday 9th August.

SAT Min 8 /Max 15.2 Rainfall 6.4 mm
SUN Min 4.6 Max 15.5 Rainfall 12.6 mm

Cold and bleak!

Yeah it's been freezing by perth standards lately, there no way anyone is going to a leisurely swim in the middle of the night...

When it was first reported all they said was the car was found and my immediate thoughts were a suicide. However, with the new info of the night out it doesn't seem as likely???

Clancy's Fishbar City Beach, Saturday hours

Ok. Taking a guess, their website says "open 'til late" because they don't want to advertise they close early as this might be a deal breaker for some patrons. I'd assume they're licenses until 9pm only, otherwise you can guarantee they'd be open later because there's not much night life going on in City Beach.

So we can pretty much rule out she travelled to City Beach for some drinks.

It's looking increasingly like she has met with foul play.

I have been reading on BF. Droc's writing style is funny. I cannot believe a journalist had the audacity to contact him on a Sunday!

Switching topics, here is all the supporting "evidence" from the CIA video about Judoman:

•No alibi for the nights the three girls went missing
•Worked closely with SS
•Once met JR
•Told a series of blatant lies during police interviews
•Played down his close working relationship with SS
•Gave false alibis for the times JR and CG went missing
•Inconclusive polygraph
•Lived alone, close to Claremont

As has been discussed many times, Judoman's appearance on the CIA video was ODD. He commented on JR's character. He had only met her ONCE! He obvi could not think of anything to say bc he didn't know her (he said she was soft, worked with kids and was always smiling).

Based on the list above, Judoman is the CSK.

Here are some other things (based off social media, and other sources, as noted) that tend to support Judo could be the CSK:

1. Organized (many properly titled albums, also evident in photos)
2. Correct age (based on my 'profile' of the perp being at least 30, the abductions and disposals were well executed)
3. Disciplined (many years of martial arts practice & the photos to prove it)
4. Meticulous (based on his pics)
5. Comfortable 'attacking' strangers (this is misleading, but y'all get the point)
6. Appears strong
7. Doesn't mind getting dirty (farm work)
8. Comfortable with death as related to farm animals

I feel like his FB is a façade somehow (everyone's is, IMO). Maybe I'm just biased, so I'm seeing what I want to see.

He's also travelled quite a bit, his Africa and Japan travels are detailed, so it's always possible he could have committed similar crimes elsewhere.

Finally, have any of you tried to identify every person in the CIA video? Ignore JR and MM. Just curious/paranoid ;)

Also the fact that the police put him in the doco says they must have had fairly compelling evidence against him. That was a pretty bold move.

I'd say he is their main POI.

I swing around but he is my number 1 right now, followed very closely by SR (and someone else)

What was the martial art the POI had specialised in? Was it specifically Judo?

Can you elaborate on this Sutton?

I always wondered what the big deal was about anyone in that footage as it's pretty obvious the killer wouldnt be in the footage at all. He is picking her up in a car/taxi so obviously won't be filmed on the verge.

Even the idea that mm somehow left her there after the hello and somehow got a car and picked her up in that short period of time is so nuts that I'm suprised they ever thought they could sell it.

Footage is a red herring, the doco was all about judoman.

Working off the speculation that the program was about Judo and was also designed to make him nervous. Just curious if other posters had paid attention to the other people in the video. It's more than a long shot, I know.

At this point I do think Judo is the CSK. But I must say he's a very cool cucumber, and I don't think the show caused as much anxiety as was intended.

I thought it was said that everyone else in that and other footage from inside the club had come forward, and that mm was the only unidentified person from that night? And he stands out as he seems to be the only person in the footage who interacts and chats with JR. It seems odd that nobody else from that evening wouldn't recognise MM even from behind and either identify him to police or give the man in question a nudge to do the right thing.
I know CIA episodes would have to be made with co-operation and assistance from police, but it still is a commercially made series. Judo guy only appears for a couple of brief minutes, I don't know that the show was all about him. His input information-wise on the show is minimal though, so maybe police requested that his bit was included in case it jogged anyone's memories about the night (or any of the other nights in question). Or maybe they just needed to pad out the show? I wonder how many of any of the women's friends put their hands up to be interviewed on camera - maybe others were frightened of retaliation somehow?
I think I have to watch the episode again now.

I don't think the show is so much about making him nervous or seeing how he reacts under pressure, but about putting his face on TV in front of an big audience (lured by the MM footage) to see i any women see him and call up and say "that guy offered me a lift...:" or "that guy sexually assaulted me" etc

It was all about parading him in front of the public to see if anyone provides a story about him.

Yep - they were all identified and spoken to. MM wasn't identified because he was never in the Conti. No doubt they asked all the people if they recognised him and no one did. Probably because maybe 10 people were in eye sight of him, didn't know him, so never registered it not remembered it.

Why would they get Judoman on at all? He has nothing to do with nothing - other than being a suspect.

Ok so I just watched the CIA episode again - was SD ever named publicly by police as a POI? Or was that discovered and assumed via online sleuthing in various forums? Am just imagining his horror or anger after viewing the episode himself and hearing that description of the POI near the end of the programme if he is indeed who they were describing.

He's never publicly been named. I've always wondered how they convinced him to go on the show? He had been interviewed and polygraphed prior. He knew he was a POI. No idea why someone would agree to go on a public forum about the case.

Police may have goaded him that if he were innocent then there's nothing to worry about.
Police probably reassured him that no one would know he's a suspect.
Judoman might have felt he had to otherwise he may look guilty.
Judoman may have felt he was in complete control going on that show.

He had a definite air of smugness about him on the show. Wouldn't be surprised if it was a 'big finger' to the cops who he knew didn't have enough evidence to nab him.

I know he recently had a pic of himself on FB holding up 3 death lilies (aka fleur de lis). It looked as though none of them flowered.

A woman once got out of her car on the side of an unsealed road to pick some fleur de lis and cam across a dead body - that of JR's. Debbie Marhall's book was named the "Devil's Garden" after these death lilies.

Someone PM'd me that photo and it's dispeared. If anyone has that photo, please let me know.
