Well, thank God someone actually checked up on this woman! I mean really?!?!? Thankful the students of that school were spared from her, too bad Gannon wasn't!

Interesting that she passed the CBI's background check, only to be tripped up when the school district didn't settle for that (which they easily could have, IMO) and continued to press forward doing their due diligence... I'm surprised the CBI found her eligible for hire, if sufficient inconsistencies (significant enough to warrant revoking her offer) existed...

Her job in district 3 ended in November for unstated reasons. She had recently been hired by district 20, but got fired during orientation for discrepancies in her application.

Did you read the defense's request? I located and posted it. My statement was not in response to a threat to her rights, it was in response to the other content within the request. I will post it again.

I had read it carefully when it was first posted. (Was that yesterday?) I can't read it tonight because the print is too small for my tired eyes. I will re-read it tomorrow with fresh eyes. Thanks.

A lot of concerned parents sending me an email they got from Widefield School District 3:

"...a former district employee has been charged with a criminal offense...
Name: #LeteciaStauch
Position: Teacher
Length of district employment: March 2019 - November 2019
The school district by law has to notify people when an employee, current or former, is charged.

A few people were confused when they weren't notified sooner. Officially, they had to wait until she was booked in El Paso County, which was today. So it makes sense.

I have had a minute to process this. I was shocked at first. Then not so much. She has shown us she has to be in total control. She has lost that now. Which makes her even more dangerous. It wouldn't surprise me that it was an attempt to escape. She is never going to give it up as to where Gannon is. That's all she has left. There is nothing in it for her to do so. Either way she will be locked away for the rest of her vile life. IMO

Looks like this might go the way of the Frazee trial, with very little chance to get full idea of what happens in the trial. That judge said no cells in court, no tweeting , or drawing while inside. Must leave courthouse before tweeting any reports.
