Happy to be back here on Holmes trial thread; I am looking forward to hearing Dr. Fenton's testimony. I have always believed that JH sent Dr. Fenton his notebook (journal) to stick it to her because she didn't "cure" him.

Hey guys, I have a question. I saw that a juror got kicked yesterday as the judge was saying he didn't think she was forthcoming. I thought that when she was first approached by the judge, she DID say that the first phone call said was an accident, but then she found out that night a shooting and told the judge the next day and all was good.

What changed? I've missed out a few days due to RL and scanned threads but cannot find details on what happened.

Anyone have time to catch me up? :daisy:
