I'm wondering if they were murdered because they recognized one or more of them...by their voice even.

I had thought about that but they seemed like very smart people and they loved those children and would have wanted to protect them and most likely would have turned cash,gold ,gems,etc to all these armed men.If they gave em what they wanted the kids would be safe as well as themselves.I think even if they realized they knew one of them I think they wouldnt have let them know.JMO

Holy carp! This case is insane. I can't believe that that many people are involved. I am so glad the arrests have been coming so quickly. I hope that will give this wonderful, beautiful family some sense of justice, although it won't heal the pain.

I agree with other posters that money was the motive/reward for most of the killers, but I do think there is more to this story that is going to come out. Oh, and you sleuthers are just awesome!!!! :clap:

My mom passed in May we just submitted her obit to the funeral home to sumbit it to newspaper and she also had a guestbook the newspaper submits it so its official.

I admit I would be one of the pro-lifers standing in line to adopt ANY child born with special needs ... I have read posts about children waiting in the US in our own towns ... try adopting one of these children ... in most cases Children & Families are NOT actively searching for a forever home for these children ... rather ... another foster home for them. It is sad that the system that was created to protect the children has become the abuser of the children. I adopted each of my children through private adoptions, in many cases paying fees to agencies and attornies that resembled the fees for the adoption of a "typical" child ... Would I do it again??? IN A HEARTBEAT! So I can honestly say ... My life has been truly blessed having been chosen to be the Mom to some great kids ... Put me at the top of that list!!!

They could be gifts, wrap-arounds, trades...all kinds of things. We'd need to see the purchase agreements (if there were any) and those won't be recorded.

I think she's just signing the document and happens to be a notary. I don't see evidence of an acknowledgement or jurat or anything notary-ish.
