I would be concerned that they release her so quickly. Two seizures in a 2 month period and they send her home? Then she has another one so 2 within 24 hours and they send her home to rest? I would be demanding to stay until they figured out something or at least ruled out some causes of the seizures. Maybe it does not work that way there, here you go to ER with something like that and a bunch of test are run and you are monitored and your not leaving for a few days.

Hopefully they will figure out what caused them and get her treated properly.

IMOO The 3rd one is very curious in comparision to the first and the second.The timing of each and coincidences of events. Just MOO of my observation of timing and known events.

For the first time since its doors have been opened, the Haleigh Bug Foundation is missing one of its prime components. Crystal Sheffield, Haleigh Cummings mother, was forced to stay home and rest after suffering her second seizure in less than 24 hours.

Crystal Sheffield suffered the second seizure shortly after being discharged from the Putnam Community Medical Center Monday. Her fiancé picked her up and the two were on their way to her father&#8217;s house to pick up their 11-month-old daughter. During that car ride, Crystal suffered her seizure and was taken to Flagler Hospital.

Sheffield is expected to be fine. Family friends tell us she&#8217;s going to see specialists soon who can help her with aftercare.

Wow...the longer this case drags on with the two people who have the ability to help LE find the answers still refusing to do so...the more adamant the "Crystal bashing" seems to become. I find it amazing to see all these damning remarks about Crystal driving-- nearly two MONTHS after the first seizure!!! Those same exact people have bashed her for not hopping into a car ALONE at 4 am and speeding down the open highway for hours with the baby in the car while she was in shock, panic and fear for her other child---yet that was only TWO DAYS after her other seizure. It seems obvious now that she had good reason to be cautious and wait for someone to be available to drive for her!

Driving an automobile when you have seizure is illegal. Driving while having a child in the vehicle is CHILD ENDANGERMENT!!! YOu have to be seizure free for at least six months. Crystal doesn't qualify.

Driving while in shock and panic is also a VERY STUPID thing to do.

I was never told not to drive after my first seizure. I couldn't have because the medications knocked me out but the doctors never said anything about it.

Flroida law says you have to be seizure free for six month. In some states it is more than that. Some states also REQUIRE MDs to report all seizures to DMV. It's a liability thing. If a Doctor knows you have seizures and doesn't report it and you get in an accident the doctor can be sued.

It has been weeks now, withdrawl would have already taken place if what you are suggesting is true. IMO. Toss in the investigations from LE and DCF, I doubt that she has taken any chances as far as having illegal substances in her system.

Convictions are hard to come by anymore here in FL, but for an arrest, there has to be Probable Cause. Just Coinky-Dinks for Ron?

In the early posts there were numerous arrests of an RC as reported by some WS members, however on analyzing the records more carefully It turned out there were 3 R.Cummings with similiar B'days in the State of Fla..THE ONLY CONVICTION THAT WAS ATTRIBUTED TO HIM WAS A SIMPLE POSESSION CHARGE, WHICH WAS AJUDICATED and was eventually suspended. Just something to speculate with. In most states with Child support laws the States have reciprocity the courts can sieze almost anything of value. One of the first things to go are your Driving privleges. I wonder if CS had a current license in view of her arearage. I also wonder why she wasn't issued a citation for "failure to stop in a safe sure distance" for her accident, which occuured on a public highway. Putnam County has been known to issue accident citations in private parking lots regularly. From what I understand that most states citations are issued on public roadways, for accidents happening there, however in CS case there was none issued. Just food for thought

Seeing as how they've been discussing his arrests on TV, I think we oughta be seeing a statement from his lawyers pretty soon if the arrests are somebody else's.

With all due respect, those arrests attributed to Ron were his. If nothing else, WS does like to make certain before posting people's public records, and all the ones that I have ever seen, and then checked for myself, are his.

Does it bother anyone but me that Casey Anthony also had a seizure a few months before Caylee went missing? Now the mother of Haleigh has one. The parallels to me are weird. I don't think they are necessarily anything more than coincidences but weird nonetheless. Casey's siezure always bothered me because I always wondered if it could indicate something more or if it was a symptom of drug use. I am also thinking drugs in Crystals case too. Maybe that is all the similarity that there is. Just for the record I think Casey is guilty as sin and in no way related to this case.

I know I don't post much, but I am a BIG lurker since Caylee. Everyone's theories and input fascinate me and I can't keep up. But the seizure just bugs me for some reason.

Casey was foaming at the mouth and catatonic. Crystal's seizures have not been diagnosed (as far as we've been told, that is) and if they are drug-related like so many allege, that will certainly come out in the wash.

Since there are so many reasons why an otherwise healthy and vibrant young woman could have a seizure, we have to wait for someone to give us information. I'm sure there will be plenty of people who will say that the information is false (depending on who delivered it) or it satisfies their need to know. Whatever else, that she had one 6 weeks before she had the next one, which was followed in close proximity by another one, is cause for alarm. One can be dismissed as an anomaly caused by any number of factors. Two in succession like these this week are reason to assume a more serious situation might be in play.

It could be as simple as too much caffeine intake. Could be stress. Could be hormonal. Could be metabolic. Could be neuro-electric. Could be a lack of sleep or bad sleeping patterns. Could be a bad diet. Could be any thousands of reasons, and I'm more willing to allow for those factors before sliding down the slope of drugs.

If you read my posts carefully, I NEVER SAID HE WAS CONVICTED OF ANYTHING. It says arrests. As in being arrested multiple times on drug charges. I never said anything about felonies either. I mean really...........

Well I live in Florida, I have lived here since 1974 and I can tell you that although the laws are on the books, unfortunately it doesn't always work out that way.
Just because the laws are on the books, well that doesn't mean they are always enforced.
I could say more about this subject, but that would take us totally OT.
My ex owes me $75,166.80 to date in past due, court ordered child support and although I have tried repeatedly to get his drivers license suspended, get him back in court, go after his assets and/or have him charged with persistent non support, I have not been successful and believe me, I have been extremely aggressive in trying to collect.
