sleuth66- for some reason it won't link your post above.
But regarding the registration on JD's car.
Could be required by school that NY registration
is required, or for parking in certain places in NYC. For a parking permit? just guessing.
If the Suburban owned by JD was registered in her name alone - it is possible that registration/taxes were pre-paid - we are allowed to pay up to 3 years at a time. If the Suburban was re-titled in the name of the Trust - we would not know that IMO unless we knew the exact name of the Trust. If the Nanny is still driving the children in her RR - then I'm betting GF has taken care of all the logistics to make that a legal vehicle IMO. I wonder if the Suburban is still in evidence? I still think he may have slammed her against it during a blitz attack and there is damage to it JMO

The word is Southern dialect for stupid but along the lines of ditzy and not focused but here you go:
Stunod is Southern Italian dialect for "stupid" or having one's head in the clouds and not paying attention, from the Italian "stonato" which means, "out of tune".

That’s right-my husband is Italian and he uses that word (not to me-he may say “he’s a stunod”) and I didn’t know how it’s spelled, only how it’s pronounced.

Thank you for the clarification let me go edit that post
you're welcome - we have pages and pages on the early threads about what that third vehicle in the garage is- I sure wish they would release the search warrants but I'm guessing it's because there is some incriminating information they need for the murder warrant IMO

I will PM you what I have done as its a work in progress. But it might save some time.
Thanks very much - I just want to keep the facts straight and embellish on the timeline now that we know so much more about that day. I went back and looked at the early threads - so much posted was very close to the events. I'm impressed - JMO.

yes and based on KimCh33Kim's posted measurements of this truck model, there's 27.2 inches of legroom in backseat area. Plenty of
room to shove a bagged body wrapped in a mat.
The issue for me is, and some others have expressed, is getting the dead weight of a person 5 feet 9 or 10 back there. Not the same as a live person getting back there. MOO.

No, @kimch33kim - it is in the Arrest Warrant (first) paragraph 4
"During their check of the residence, NCPD officers located several stains on the garage floor and on a vehicle parked in the garage..."
Ah, there it is thank you! I couldn’t believe we’d manufactured that ourselves.

Possible that it’s the nanny’s car.

But does bring back the mystery of the 2009 Porsche Cayenne registered to JD and how FD had it on his property.
Only cars registered to JD in NC were Porsche and RR, Suburban must have been leased. Is it possible Suburban was registered to GF in Pound Ridge or NYC (but would not want to register it in NYC due to tax/insurance costs if it wasn’t garaged there, plus why would a car so obviously JDs primary vehicle not be registered in CT? Must be leased.)

A whole chapter on the mysteries of the many vehicles involved in this case!

I was thinking about this same exact thing; do we know for sure he even really went to her house on Mother's Day or was that from just FD's mouth?

If so, it's part of a pattern of abusers to go back into what's called the "honeymoon phase" where they act super nice, to get the victim's trust again.

But we don't know if he was there, and if he were there at all, was it just stopping in and did she even let him in the house, let alone hug him? Seriously doubt it.
We can't believe a WORD he says.

I think it was a big lie that he told EE/PG. I don’t think that FD and JD were even civil, let alone friendly enough for a hug in May. Wasn’t that the month where pressure ramped up on FD to produce financial documents? IMO, there was absolutely no hugging going on in May, at JD’s home, or anywhere else.

That’s interesting! Also I believe I have seen a couple of places either in MSM or the AW(s) that the Chevy Suburban JD was driving and used to drop off the kiddos that morning was a RENTAL and not owned by JD. Like the house on 69 Welles Lane she was renting it I believe. Not sure how that works with the rental or leasing company once the vehicle becomes part of a crime/crime scene(s). That vehicle is still in possession of LE I believe. The defense has a right to inspect all evidence collected with their own experts and all evidence collected must be preserved not only for the defense BUT in case there is an appeal. I am pretty sure I am right on this but if not I owe you a quarter :D

His truck is definitely 2-Door Extra Cab 4WD 3.4-Liter 6-Cyclinder 4-Speed Automatic like I posted above. I will not post it if I wasn't sure. Anyways, the 2 seats that he made PG change, may be the driver seat and passenger seat because he probably had blood on him too and got it on the drivers seat. I kind of doubt the porsche back bench seats fit in the truck.
Oh no, I believed you all the way especially because of the VIN....which I should have known but didn't think of when responding to the other poster!

Yeah but there are taxes past due with interest and unpaid and I checked all registrations in her name in NC. You can click on the links and see the details on the account and all payments as of today’s date.

The Trust is a brilliant idea. I am sure that JD stopped putting things in her name (and paying taxes on any joint property) because of the divorce and making sure FD didn’t get any of her assets since he wasn’t paying a thing. It is possible both vehicles were registered and taxed in name of the trust. She had to keep the Cayenne on because it was owned by both of them.

Somewhere above, it was noted that FD said he was “enamored” by MT. I hope she heard that because that sounds to me like the term of someone who wants to blame the other person for “bewitching” him or her—like he’s about to put all the blame on MT. I’m not an MT fan but if she has any sense, she’ll heed that warning from him and start telling what she knows. MOO.

IMO that makes him into an even bigger jerk. He threw away his family simply because he was enamored. I would think that saying that him and JF grew apart and he found true love or his soul mate he would not alienate as many. Romantics may have even viewed him as the victim then. I have read one too many romantic fantasy story of a long suffering person finally finding the one after years of being with someone else that I think some would have even found the FOHO story "magical".

Are sure there are only 2 doors? I can't tell from looking at the photos. I have been saying I thought she would be in the bed of the truck and 2 doors makes that more likely. Also, the bed easier to clean up than upholstery. It would have been ludicrous on his part to put her in the front seat but then again....so many mistakes. Also, nowhere have I read where it is specified that the seats changed out were front or back seats. I tend to think it was front seats as the back would usually be a bench seat if the Tacoma is in fact only 2 doors.

2014 Porsche Cayenne back seats. IDK if that was the year of the Porsche in this case.

Can others see definitively if truck was 2 doors or 4? I also wonder if somebody else WAS spotting in the truck and FD got in on the passenger side. I remember NP saying LE was trying to develop an accomplice. How can LE get an accomplice if there has been no crime nor a main suspect/ringleader already identified? Also, is there still a possibility MT could have been on Lapham or is that ruled out?
Just jumping off your post - I also remember reading somewhere (not sure but think it was in the AW) where it mentioned "passenger seat" which made me think front passenger seat, because a person wouldn't think they would call the back seat a "passenger seat." JMO

https://www.quora.com/How-deep-should-I-bury-a-body-so-it-doesnt-smell-while-it-decomposes

I googled “how deep should a body be buried so it cannot be smelled”

Above answer from Texas law.....18inches in a metal container, 24 inches in a wooden or no container....but it can still smell

However reading many articles, there are cemeteries that give off odors for various reason (broken cement containers, boxes, no boxes, vaults issues). Also not all countries have laws to bury the dead. In the USA each state has its own laws.

So, IMO if he did bury Jennifer, he would have dug a shallow grave as he did not have a lot of time nor would he want to spend a lot of time digging. He would not think the body smelled, but IMO it would have smelled unless he put it in a container. Then only a trained dog would be able to smell it.

I wonder if LE searched the yards of any homes being built for a shallow grave, or under a newly laid patio. If he buried her in water it would be in a container full of cement to stay at the bottom otherwise the body will float to the top.

I still hope Jennifer can be found.

I think he said 'enamored' caused he's moved on.
I think he has another easy piece already in his life. Hence- he's back to working out w/ weights in the gym. His whole demeanor looked to me like he's riding high in April in
the female dept.
You'd be surprised how many people in his area are not even aware that he's a potential
murderer. Lots of people there do not stay up
on current events. And unless a bartender in a
bar told them, a lonely female in a bar who has
a handsome (runt) buying her lots of free drinks, doesn't care at that point. Ditzos for sure.

The 2017 Suburban is registered in CT and has CT plates. Early on in the case I did the reverse license plate check up to confirm this piece. I'm going to guess it was leased as well.

You're right the blood splatter on another car in the garage is not from AW1. I just saw Pattis saying this about blood splatter on a couple cars. Sorry this is for @sleuth66

Person who worked for Fotis Dulos’ company being questioned by police

But here it is state Colangelo said it:
View attachment 203485
The psychiatrist who examined Fotis Dulos, the estranged husband of missing New Canaan mother Jennifer Farber Dulos, concluded he is ‘confident and gregarious’

So it is believed to be true.
Ok. So do we take the use of the word "cars" to be the Suburban and one other car? Could it be the Rover? Would nanny have come by between 10:25 and school pickup time
Yeah, maybe you’re right. That would show up with underwater sonar. I was thinking it would be self contained, kinda air tight to prevent odors, sort of like a coffin if it could be buried somewhere.
Just thinkin’. :(
Yes, we had debated a cargo carrier like a Thule brand one that FD had on the top of his Suburban in the picture on his FB profile. These carries look a bit like coffins.

I'm going to ask a stupid question that probably has a simple answer -- if there's a gag order on this case then how is this idiot interviewed on Dateline?
No present gag order. Colangelo filed to request the order, Pattis has written and response to request that it be denied and Colangelo filed a longer brief in support as a response to Pattis. No Judge ruling yet. Have to wait on this one! Hope its soon IMO!
