Less than 15 minutes in the deposition? I wonder if she has refused to answer any questions? If she does answer, she could incriminate herself in financial wrongdoings, so I am guessing that nothing interesting happened this morning.

I just read he spoke to her for 45 minutes.

I noticed the body language between her and her attorney appears not to be very warm. Sometimes a client will become emotionally involved with her attorney because he represents the “the knight in white armor”, her protector,
he understands her and believes her etc. I’m not getting that vibe with her as she still seems aloof. IMO

I really wonder if those two are communicating? She was barely in Weinberger’s office long enough to get through the greetings-I don’t think she answered any questions, and may have communicated to FD that she wasn’t going to, so why should FD bother going to the cctv edition of MT getting grilled?

Thanks-it looked like I looked at two separate clips with times which were ~15 minutes apart. Later reports said she got there just before 10, and left about 45 minutes later. Still not sure if that means she filled in some blanks, or not.

Similar to Schmitt, the motion is written as she agreed to appear for her deposition at Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP in NYC -- in support of the motion on issues raised by the plaintiff (Farber) including loans and payments between Farber and Fore Group.

According to MyLife, Golub also has/had an email address at same Belknap Webb & Tyler LLP (pbwt.com), but does not appear in their 200+ directory as an attorney.

If I had to guess, the firm could have represented Farbers as a secured lender in private lending transaction, loan workouts, and enforcement actions.
