It is strange how gaudy with cheap and tasteless ornaments seemingly from the 1980s Charlie’s house looks like.
Was not it reported that Charlie has made over a couple of millions $$$ per year?

The house is for sale and listed at zillow as of today 11/30/2023.

I wonder if there is footage of her at lunch with her friends. I would love to see her demeanor and overall state of mind. Was she in celebratory mode, adrenaline rush, nervously checking her phone etc? If she hadn’t said she saw the crime scene perimeter it wouldn’t be a matter of how she was ‘acting’ at lunch (it wouldn’t come in to question).

What comes to my mind—every time I read about WA’s lunch with friends on the day of her ex-husband’s murder—is: how could one possibly swallow any food or drink, knowing the father of your children is lying in a pool of blood in their driveway, dead; that your two children no longer have their loving father in their lives and don’t even know it yet; and how her ex-husband’s family will grieve his death, when they find out about it? The grief being visited on those who loved her ex-husband is incalculable and WA is totally oblivious to all that pain. And she was part of the arrangements that made it all happen.

Wow he bought it 10 years ago for something like $337,000 and it’s now estimated at over $900,000?

Not at all what I envisioned his house to be. It looks cluttered and unappealing to me.

What comes to my mind—every time I read about WA’s lunch with friends on the day of her ex-husband’s murder—is: how could one possibly swallow any food or drink, knowing the father of your children is lying in a pool of blood in their driveway, dead; that your two children no longer have their loving father in their lives and don’t even know it yet; and how her ex-husband’s family will grieve his death, when they find out about it? Somewhat related, I was walking home from the train station two nights ago and I saw the flashing lights of first responders in the general vicinity of my house about 4 blocks from where I was standing. I immediately (and without even thinking) called my house to make sure everyone was ok. It turned out, someone two houses down had a medical incident. I later thought of WA’s testimony and it became even less believable to me. I cannot imagine waiting until I walked another few blocks to confirm that everyone was ok, let alone deciding to start walking in the other direction and brush it off mentally. No freaking way.

I have a question for y’all since we sometimes consider the psychopathy of these people. Why did DA want travel/flight info from that family friend. Seems super dangerous if they were trying to keep under the radar to tell anyone (besides DA mentioning it to CA) of their plans or even their thoughts of travel. More importantly, they asked the friend to not tell Charlie. Were they planning on never speaking to him ever again? I know she sort of tipped him off but it just seems so weird to me. Wonder what they said to Wendi and the kids? Do they think DA and HA are coming back? Probably not but wow, it’s just so weird to me.

I think they didnt want Charlie to know they were leaving, so, yeah, they probably were going to ditch him, IMO. It is my belief that they are now comfortable blaming this whole thing on him, as the black sheep. Graber the gyno in his op-ed seems to me to want to pin this whole thing on Charlie having gotten involved in this love triangle with some bad people. As for why they told this friend, in my opinion, these people don’t ever seem to think their actions will have consequences.

She and the kids moved in with DA and HA at that time. …. But do we know when she moved out to a place of her/their own? Was she with DA and HA for a long period of time? I know that DA and HA got a bigger condo at that time.

she said she was living with her mother for a year - iirc she said this to Georgia in trial 3.

In the affadavit, it says that they told the friend, 12th Nov, that they referenced the Philippines too. They also said that they were headed to Saigon in Vietnam.
Q. Was the mention of Philippines a ruse? A red herring?

They were ' seeking advice about airlines as well as places to stay'
Q. Why ask about airlines when you have already booked your airline to Dubai & Vietnam, departing 13th? ( Or were they asking about airlines for Philippines? Had the friend travelled there with Charlie in the past?)

Why say ' you must not mention to Charlie anything about our plans'
As the friend appears to still have contact with CA ( jail calls?) were they simply warning him not to mention it in a jail call so that LE didn't discover their plan to flee.

Q. How solid was the friendship? Did HA & DA perceive this friend as steadfastly loyal to CA but they were deluded?

That site says last sold in 2015 so I bet that it is from sale of their home at that time (just a guess though). It would make sense that they moved in 2015 and I would bet it had to do with getting the boys into the best schools available...still just my guess.

We know Charlie traveled there. Ryan said this guy was the reason they went there, I guess maybe he got them deals or something. Ryan said that he knew who the person was who called the police about Donna and Harvey’s plans, but he would not reveal the name. It could be the same person, I don’t know. Hypothetically that person would know about hotels and airlines, I guess.

So this great loyal, loving, matriarch of a successful family....literally dumps her son the same day he is convicted and makes plans with her husband to flee the country? I have imagined DA using the speaker of her cell phone as she assured CA for 30+ hours (in her soothing oil slick voice) we love you and will fight like crazy to get you exonerated, while packing her suit case and nodding to HA when he holds up the shirts he should take.
And, and, and this case was NEVER about CA's obsession for KM...he literally dumped her 6 weeks after the murder. It was about the money and controlling other people. CA /DA have an evil request. Katie sets the price, Katie finds the killers, Katie delivers the payout the morning after she and CA celebrate with xanax and sex.

What surprised me the most was the kitchen. That is not a playboy’s kitchen. It is not a wanna-be gangsta’s kitchen. It is certainly not a maestro’s kitchen.

First WA's police station "talk." (BTW the first and last time she ever spoke to LE without attorney representation....hmmmm.)
"Danny didn't treat me well and I'm so scared that maybe someone did this, not because they hate Danny--and I think they thought it was good somehow."
WA was smart, solved the case faster than JL. Motive, aloof killer (someone who didn't know him?) & relationship all in one sentence.

My gut tells me that WA was totally unprepared for Isom descending on her at Mosaic, being driven to the police station, the request for her phone ... and she unraveled. JMO and speculation.
