Your post made me remember a thought I had after reading the BSU post. What was not said.....DT said she knew something bad had happened this time. Why? What was not said? Could it be because SP was babysitting the kids for the first time? Could she have seen something as she started to look that was out of place or a person? Something made her think this. It was "routine" that Somer often had to be looked for up to an hour after school was out. What made her think something bad had happened this time??
Regarding the 13 y o son.....I haven't heard that he lived elsewhere, but I think I remember reading that he got out of school later than the other sibs and played in the park until his mother picked him up.

I heard on the news or online reading that the 13yr old son did not live with Mom and the siblings. Also the 13yr has a different father. AND do the grandparents live local because I did see a photo of them and identified as grandparents walking away with LE early on. Did the 13 yr old live with his Father locally or with the grandparents.

IF the grandparents are close by I wonder why they were not active with assisting the children to and from school? IDK...

Hi, I'm still catching up for today, but wanted to reply in regards to those "unregistered" S/O living amongst us. Did anyone follow the Dennis Raider murders (BTK) several years ago? This was in Kansas, he was married, had children, worked for the city, active in his church and lived what appeared to be a "normal life". He was convicted of several killings over many years.

I have a question....does anyone else notice there is no tears from mom? or is it just me? She reminds me of Susan Smith or Scott Peterson. The sounds of tears but no tears. Sorry if this offends anyone but it has been bugging me for awhile. It is my own opinion too. ​

I was shocked with a very close horrific death and knew that the pain was way bigger than I could handle on my own. I immediately got a rx from the doctor so I could deal with it.

I only pray that Diena is on medicatiohn and is under a physicians care. I cannot begin to describe the pain. Diena looks exhausted and numb. Please do not fault her for having dry tears..perhaps she has no more, perhaps the meds have something to do with it. How many times have we gotten "dry mouth" with medications??

Can you still smile during this process? Yep, you might have a happy memory, or some friend or relative does or says something goofy . It amazes me what come out of peoples mouths during these times..everyone thinks they must say something....

I really think this is the guy in the video I saw and I have looked and
can't find the video! He was a searcher and they interviewed him
right after it was reported that her body had been found.
He had a hat on and IMO it looked like his left eye had some type of
injury (inside the eye) I also got a weird vibe on his body language.

The obit does not say how she died.

However I have found many photos of her in a wheelchair, one in a hospital gown. In one photo it looked as though she had a missing leg but I cannot be sure. Perhaps complications from diabetes?

There's a slideshow on her obit. It is very long and WLK is in only one photo that I saw at the very, very end.

If you google her granddaughter's name (from the obit) you can find her daughter's WS and there are photos there as well. WLK is in some of them.

I have to admit that when looking at photos of WLK and his girlfriend that they appear to be completely mismatched. But who knows.

Right in front of this sidewalk looks to be some type of "worker" in an orange vest. Take the map a little to the right on street view and you will see this persons vehicle. It doesn't look like a city or official vehicle. Usually, these are city type workers. Now, I am not SO off my rocker that I am saying this is our person. I am trying to get familiar to the norms of the area. This is part of the typical walk home for somer, right before getting to Debarry.

Another poster mentioned illegal alien SO that have been shipped back to Mexico - does this stick out to anyone else???

Well, you aren't helping my get off the CD trail. lol. He was a roadworker in 1993, so he'd know how to make it look legit...no, even I don't buy that one.
I think honestly it's a little neighborhood, seems to have a rhythm. If there is some one there that looks legit, I don't think anyone would bat an eye. I think they would notice the creepy looking guy skulking around in a trench coat, but not the road repair guy, unless they had a reason to notice him.

NSC, those Google images are sometimes very old. I wish they were dated. If I Google image my father-in-law's property, I can see my Chevy Blazer parked on the corner when I had it for sale. I sold that truck 5 years ago.

Yup, Google Earth shows my old truck, I got the "new" one almost 2 years ago. I am also pretty sure that it shows the tree in my back yard...that hasn't been there for almost three years.
