I think the jury will find the body was in Casey's car and that chloro was used on the poor baby. I don't think they buy the drowning story because it just doesn't make sense. While I could see Casey getting in a panic and trying to cover a drowning I don't see George doing that. He knows CPR and would call 911. Children die from accidental drownings all the time. He would know no charges would be filed. She might worry some would be.

Casey is also too self absorbed and too much of a self designated victim to sit in jail for 3 years without bringing her father up had she thought of it soon enough. That and the incest was manufactured to try and make sense of the 31 days. I think that 31 days will be hard to swallow.

IMO, the SA hasn't really proven that chloro was used on Caylee. It may very well have been, and it is suspicious that a bottle with a chlor-containing syringe was found nearby, but it just seems like a theory/speculation in terms of a court case. While the duct tape WAS found on the face, and Jean Casarez was on tv trying to say that Kronk somehow caused the duct tape to get stuck to the hair mat--I think THAT is absurd. By December, the duct tape wouldn't have had any adhesive left and it was stuck where it was found on the face because that's where it was put. Strange also how the duct tape just so happened to be the right size to go from jaw to jaw. The hair that was stuck to the tape was there from the original time of the murder.
Whether or not KC was molested, is IMO, irrelevant really, and to try and involve GA is ridiculous. All of the A's have told lies on the stand, and mostly I think each individual is just trying to make his or herself look not quite so bad. To me, the worst lie was CA trying to say she was at home and did those searches. When she started trying to explain all that garbage about her dog and chlorophyll, she sounded just like KC telling one of her elaborately detailed lies. All the other times, CA seemed very genuine when addressing the 911 calls and so on. The day she testified about being at home when she was at work, it just wasn't the same.

Thanks so much for bringing up RC/KH's supposed BRAIN TUMOR! I keep looking for an answer to this question: Has "Kristal River" (whatever) ever revealed any records/proof which would prove she ever had a brain tumor?! Not calling her a liar yet, but I watched a family friend succumb to an inoperable brain tumor, and it was excruciately debiliating, plus he was only 37 or so when he died, leaving behind an emotionally devastated wife and two children. Therefore, if Ms. Cruz was possibly LYING about a brain tumor in order to fulfill her agenda (imo, get close to GA so she could take advantage of his empathy/fragility in order to seduce and/or 'play' him) - even just emotionally as opposed to sexual... all because she may have
planned to exploit his vulnerability for $$$ down the road... well that would be despicable. I may be completely wrong... but I feel a lot of 'hinkiness' going on... I believe her questionable (imo) history will destroy her on cross unless she can 100% prove her "health problems"... why the aliases?? She comes across as extremely SHADY to me.

Well , I don't mean romance per se but I think you get my drift .
It was a very high stress time with Casey sitting in jail for murder of their granddaughter , her lies coming out and the search for Caylee ..with I am sure always feeling as if the next shoe was going to drop . I am betting there was constant dread in his stomache of them finding her deceased .
Maybe he did want a friend and Cindy wasn't worried about the friendship because he "couldnt" do more anyway . Add his age to the mix and ..Well . Who knows just a thought

This woman and her sister are BOTH con artists. One sister PURPOSELY tried to befriend ICA in jail while the other PURPOSELY tried to befriend George and Cindy outside Jail.
They are both scammer, liars, thieves and hucksters. I pray that they are not able to derail this case at the last minute through their deceit.

I think George purposely lied about Crystal so his testimony would be impeached. The defense won. And the Anthonys stuck by ICA. I am so mad I probably sound stupid but that is what I believe. They JB and the A's purposely muddied the water to save ICA's butt. MHOO

She may be a con artist and have a shady past but it does not mean she wasn't telling the truth. Look at the difference in body language, which I know some of you strongly believe in. George hesitates, purses his lips, looks sideways, closes his eyes, and then says, "ask the question again." COME ON!! If that is not a clear indication he was lying, I don't know what is! He could have lied on purpose, to try to save Casey, IDK. But RC was a heckuva lot more straightforward with her answers than he was. She got upset when Ashton was badgering her and who wouldn't.
I don't know if I trust her completely, but I do think she told the truth about what George said and that they had an affair. Of course he is not going to admit that with his wife and son sitting right there, just like he's not going to admit it if he molested Casey.
Watch his body language, it says it all.

I don't care who he had an affair with either but it does bring GA credibility into question and that is what Crystal's testimony was designed to do. It leads to reasonable doubt.

imo there's little doubt ga had an affair with kh, and he chose to lie about it as many men do when in that sort of sitch. further, i think he felt the jury would believe him given kh's apparent checkered past, his word vs hers. but having said that, i just don't get what's so unclear or possibly damaging about his accident/snowball statement - imo it's more than obvious that he simply said that it must have been an accident that snowballed, not that he knew it was an accident. in fact that's how the cops who took kh's deposition understood it. i think it just became painfully obvious to ga that casey was responsible for caylee's death but he still could not bring himself to believe that she actually murdered her, so he was left with "it must have been an accident"...
