Not so sure there was an affair. Krystal/River herself gives conflicting reports on the info. George saying Cindy knew he was there and of her supposed brain tumor was big info. I was curious for the times they had Cindy on the stand they didn't ask her about it. They were afraid of her answer because they know it could hurt their theory.

Also, JB is very into how much people make off this case. This woman sold her story to the National Enquirer. That might not buy her credability with the jury either. I also wonder how much of her criminal past gets in.

ITA, if they weren't afraid of CA's answer about if she knew GA went to see KH/RC, they would have asked her. The jury will see that. We have yet to see if they really will call KH/RC. If they don't, huge red flag to the jury. If they do, I really don't think the jury will believe her.
We will see.

As to GA's testimony today, I just think he is furious with JB and was trying really hard to remain calm. jmo:seeya:

That might change after they hear from River/Krystal. She has some credability issues of her own. I agree however that it is a strecth form having an affair to hiding your granddaughter. He wasn't involved in her death and c/u.

In a backwards kinda way, it does. It shows that the whole family is nutty and that they're a pack of liars. Makes GA not credible and plants doubt about the way Caylee died. The poor jury will be tearing their hair out trying to sort out this mess, I feel their pain.

Yeah, I totally think he did too. I think he gave the impression to the jury that he was lying today, also. I believe that he may have told Krystal that it was an accident that snowballed, because I believe he felt that helped Casey not seem like a murderer.

I DON'T make the leap to believing that he had a hand in any way with Caylee's death or disposal. I am willing to be the jury won't make that leap either. IMO, it's not a reasonable conclusion without any facts to back it.

BTW - I do understand that Krystal may be a liar too. It's not unheard of to me, for two cheaters to lie.

What i don't get is how her statements about what George said are so conflicting. If he told her that it was an accident that snowballed out of control, why would he then attack Casey, choking her demanding the truth about Caylee?

If GA told KH/RC it was an accident that snowballed out of control, he may have been confiding in someone he thought he could trust. IMO, GA & CA knew all along ICA wasn't working at Universal for 2 years and didn't have a nanny-they just went along with it to keep peace. Once Caylee went missing, they couldn't "pretend" anymore and were forced to play along in a different way.

GA maybe knew deep down what happened and thought he could trust KH/RC. I don't put much stock into that though. I don't think he was involved in the discovery and cover up regardless if he told KH/RC it was an accident that snowballed out of controlled.

I would like the state to ask CA if she knew about GA going to visit KH/RC just to hear her response. If she admits she knew, she's protecting GA. If she is clueless, she is supporting the DT's premise that GA & ICA were in on it together and she knew nothing.

CA was told that GA was out looking for work all the times he was visiting RC.
RC went to their house with flowers for CA every week.
When CA asked her if she had given GA any money- when she told her yes, several times CA said "I knew it".
