They claim they don't know who LISK is. The question is if they don't know then how do they know LISK didn't kill her?

Things we can all be certain of:
1. SG was a hooker that advertised on Craigslist
2.She went to a party that was for sex despite the fact Brewer said there was no sex.
3.She ran out of that party screaming 'they're are trying to kill me.
4. She is DEAD.
5. 4 other hookers were found nearby. They were murdered. They also advertised on Craigslist

What more do you need to know?

In addition, I do not believe brewer or pak story. Unreliable. Why would they go to the drug store for lube if no sex. Gimme a break. We have all over thought this but like you listed above...

Absolutely.. i agree. Smokescreen for sure. Its one big coverup and it sure seems like scpd would want nothing more than for people to just forget about it. Local media has been very quiet lately in regards to this case.. if anything, they have been glorifying all the recent gang/ms13 busts.. 4 young men were found murdered in a park in central islip today. All tim sini talks about is their gang task force, but never any lisk updates. More public pressure is needed.

Come to think of it, that's probably why when I submitted a Salvadorian girl as a match for Manorville Jane Doe she was compared, ruled out by dental records, and listed as a rule out on NamUs within a month. With all other submissions things are moving much much slower, if at all. That potential match fit the agenda but the others don't.

The area around the remains was cleared. It appears one of the victims is on top of a branch. Its the same color as the surrounding branches. This might be mistaken by some for a ligature. On the night of the murders there was a blood spattered $50K Demand Note to be given by ST to JS. It was a partial payment for the 500K. SCPD's Finest seemed to miss that letter right before them on the desk where Seymour's body lain.

There has never been a public accounting for that money being sent to the Tankleff Estate. All that was said is there was an' arrangement'.

Marty, the now convicted killer couldn't inherent the Estate as it was the proceeds of a crime. He was to get about 90%. His half sister - maybe 10%. As it turned out it was the half sister being the only one in the Tankleff family that believed Marty did it.

She got all the money and Marty went to jail.

She gave a chunk of it to her husband to invest in a partnership in a bar with the same detective that took the confession from Marty. Nice how those things work out

Ok.. this is that case from belle terre, near port jefferson. The detective is that guy mcready right? There was a card game the night before the murders i think and JS was there with ST. Shady shady case. Wreaks of corruption.

Correct! There was at least one witness, a businessman that said he saw detectives standing guard outside of Strathmore Bagel store. He believes they were protecting the drug operation. JS's son shot Joey "Guns'' Creedon in a dispute allegedly involving drugs. Joey Guns told several people that he killed The Tankleffs. Judge Braslow said the 21 people that testified at a Takleff 440 hearing in an attempt to get a new trial that the 21 witnesses, including a priest and two nuns were "nefarious scoundrels' whose testimony could not be believed.Tankleff lost that hearing but prevailed in the appellate court.

One witness testified he drove Creedon and another to the Tankleff house the night of the murders. The witness said he was familiar with the area because when he was a child his mother often took him to the beach at Belle Terre. ADA Lato sent out two of his investigators to survey the area and could find no beach in Belle Terre. All one had to do was look out the rear window of the Tankleff house and one could see a beach stretching for miles. But they saw no such beach. Another witness, a convicted criminal named Bruce Demps gave a statement that was favorable to Tankleff. Those same two DA Investigators reported they couldn't find Demps. 5 minutes after I read Demps name I found him sitting in a NYS Prison.

Then there came the case of my former son in law. The testimony in the grand jury and at the SIL's trial described how an Eddie Wright joined the burglars at the King Kullen burglary. Joe Careccia described in detail what Wright did at the burglary. Wright was then sitting in a Virginia Jail at the time of the burglary. Joe Careccia was Burke's neighbor from 1998-2002.

by Richard Firstman and Jay Salpeter. Hawk suggested it to me and I read it. You will pull your hair out. There is so much corruption! A really good read of a horrific wrong. You will see many names come up in the LISK case as well.

Joe Careccia was named by fellow burglar as being the mastermind of a Suffolk County crime ring. Detectives were attempting to arrest the members of that ring. Detectives brought that witness (Peter Ghattas) to the DA office on 9/3/03. On 9/24/03 Ghattas was murdered outside of Rob's Pro Tow in Ronkonkoma.

Unbelievable! Such a blatant frame job. So nothing has ever come of this except for marty being exonerated? Has anyone ever been brought to justice since he was exonerated or they just swept this under the rug to?

Ray of hope.. ill definitely check that book out. Im familiar with belle terre.. i know they have their own police force and actual small courthouse there. Wonder if they ever got involved or if an event as big as a double murder would warrant scpd to be involved back then.

There have been a few similar events in my city where individuals behaved just like SG did. In the one case a woman had smoked synthetic weed and freaked out. She apparently wanted to return to where she previously lived and bolted from the house. She called police for help and went running from door to door frantic and begging for help but when people attempted to help her she would run. When police arrived she ran from them, and tried to steal a car. In the other case a young man suddenly got paranoid and ran out of the house into a neighboring building and hid. I can't get those incidents out of my mind when I think of SG.
