I agree. This is a big let down after yesterday's testimony. I think the State should have called this witness earlier. Bri was a very powerful witness to end with.

They probably called Bri when they did, because she traveled from out of state, and they wanted to get her on the stand so she could get home. For the trial I testified in yesterday, they pushed some of the local witnesses for me and another witness from Texas, so we can still make our scheduled flights today.

She hasn't been completely released, so maybe they are still going to end with her.

I believe the State asked to have her excused from her subpoena but it was the defense that said subject to recall.

Caulder says if he knew the relationship ended before the the truck was purchased, that would've made a difference in their search.

This investigator did a very shoddy search of the vehicle, IMO. Yet, the way I see the earlier introduced evidence, Heather may never have been transported in that truck that fateful night.

Wow, so this witness didn't even use Luminol or BlueStar to look for blood. Relied on his human eye.

I guess the State is using this to their benefit by saying there very well may have been blood in the truck.

During redirect the prosecution asked Caulder if someone was strangled would you expect to find blood in the truck? He said no. The prosecution said just because blood wasn't found in the Moorer's truck doesn't mean there wasn't a struggle. @WBTWNews13
