Agree with all of this.
Initially, many moons ago, when this case was still very young, I “saw” the gun in BG’s jacket pocket and deduced he was left-handed.
Now I look at that picture and I’m not so sure it’s even a gun. Not sure what it might be, but still looks mostly like a gun.
Pictures of RA playing pool show him playing right-handed which would mean nothing really. It could be an eye dominance thing like you suggest. Or he could just be a little ambidextrous. I am no doubt left-handed, but play the guitar and throw a ball right handed.

Forgive me if this question has been asked before, but is it possible the video was edited before public release to remove the gun? LE may have done so to preserve the investigation while still releasing his face and clothes to the public.

its likely already been said but I happen to believe that RA put that bullet in his pocket as he didn't want to shoot/make noise, he wanted to use it for intimidation but rather use the knife to kill them.
during the staging of the bodies I feel that the bullet fell out of his pocket and he likely didn't think about it, otherwise perhaps he would have gotten rid of the gun that would correspond.

We know there was a mention of a gun on the recording so how did they know he had a gun before he pulled it on them?


The sequence is super strange because Abby looks super chilled out on the picture Libby took and we can’t see BG in the background.

Based on what we know (which is very little). The girls did not seem overly concerned about BG until he approached them just prior to "DTH". We do not know yet (may never know) where exactly BG was when the girl's approached the bridge.

I won't speak for the OP's intent on the left-handed statement, but back in the day, there was a lot of talk about what appeared to be a gun visible near BG's right pocket. Some swear they see it, some don't, and like everything else with that image, it's plain too grainy to say with any certainty. I do know that there were a few on here who thought they saw a gun and guessed down to the very model, and were correct if we assume the Sig Sauer.

I'm in the camp where I see it. For those of us who think we do, there's disagreement on how he might be carrying it. Many think he has it in a holster, and if that is the case, and it's on his right side, that would likely make him left-handed because usually you cross your arm across your body to pull the gun out of its holster with your shooting hand. Aside from a cross-eye dominance issue, that makes sense. However, I don't personally think he has his gun holstered. I think it's shoved in his jacket pocket, which suggests a couple of things, IMO, and it's my very amateur opinion at that.

I think if the gun was loose in his pocket, it was likely put there rather hastily, and probably on his dominant side, making him right-handed (unless cross-eye dominant). So not your typical "out on a walk with your concealed carry on" scenario, but a "grab your gun and go" type scenario, if that makes sense. To me it is one more clue that this person might have left for the trail in a rush, and planned to use that gun when he left his vehicle...JMO.

The picture, with the gun, is glaringly obvious. Seems like the material of the jacket would have to be fairly thin to make the gun so obvious.(so not Carhartt).JMO

I was once a pharmacy tech and CVS does not make experts of anything. Its a hire an pass a test program.Add in local nuisances and anybody could end up in the position. Its pretty much fast food training for prescription drugs.

As a physician working in the hospital, our benefits included meds that the hospital pharm would dispense for us oftentimes while I was standing there. They would use a counting board and with a tongue depressor to count out pills 5 then 5 at at time and then sweep the 10 into the bottle, and then repeat until to full script was filled. LE had a search warrant for RL's property that was published (redacted) by MS, but there was never an official announcement of RL as a suspect. As for KK, again that was leaked interrogation document by MS between KK and LE, but not officially declared to the public IIRC.

So, RA is 50, KK is 28. I'm assuming it's accepted that RA bought the house and moved to Delphi (not a clue where he lived before Delphi) in 2006 so that's 16 years ago.

Which means KK would have been younger than 12, when RA moved to Delphi.

I'm not trying to sound like a smart alec but, what am I missing here?

Remember when BMcD, from HLN, interviewed KAK in jail and asked if his dad knew RL, and when KAK answered that he'd never heard of him, her reply was, "Interesting"?

I'm not suggesting we believe DM's EXCLUSIVE. But whether there is a connection between any of these three men has yet to be determined, publicly. LE is, however, still looking at if there was a KAK connection to A and L on the day of their murders. This, IMO, is more interesting than today's DM article.

But, we know that he’s locked up for child *advertiser censored*. We know that he had some sort of communication with one of the ladies the day before they passed away. I couldn't agree with you more. As much as it hurts to say it, these girls are STILL minors, and forever will remain minor children. They deserve respect and they deserve to be protected from skanky, salacious rumors and speculations, the same way any living, minor children deserve to be.
