I can’t post long posts using an iPad so if I seem short and to the point please remember that.

Maybe DN is just doing what his attorney is telling him to do. Just like RL did and got raked over the coals for doing so.

I've seen in records where a spouse or parent is incarcerated or not but nothing in detail of any convictions or previous charges. Now on KN's ultrasound appointment it is fairly common for a nurse or Doc to enter into the clinical or SOAP notes that the patient is accompanied by spouse husband, mother, father etc. Or even patient came to clinic unaccompanied for today's appointment. So I agree with KimboSlice if there was a thread of evidence showing DN was with KN at that appointment he would have been off of the radar by now.

TY Savoy. I agree that could be a cast iron alibi for him if the notes show that.

What I want to say really is that this was an opportunist who had some idea of what he wanted to do that day or any given day, IMO. He knew nobody was coming and trapped the girls at the end of the bridge. I still think they escaped across the water once they were together off the bridge. He caught them because he didn’t want a witness.

That took some copy pasta

How would you explain the “down the hill” comment if they had both got across the lake together?

LE never said they are trying to prove DN is responsible. Some members here are.

Good point. No doubt LE has already given DN a thorough scrubbing, just like the other hundred (or more) POIs. Nothing they’ve said in recent months suggests they’re zeroing-in on DN. Just the opposite, in fact. <modsnip>

Seems like he's going for a plea deal the same as RL did. Why not just post bail and fight the charges if your innocent?

What about the Subpoena dulces tecum then? Can you explain that?

You do know he’s not been charged with murder, right? He’s been charged with a number of comparatively minor complaints, all of which he’s probably guilty. Plea deals benefit both the accused (some charges are dropped) and the state (avoiding the time and expense of a trial).

Maybe he's not innocent of waving his hatchet at people, driving without a licence, etc. but his lawyer thinks he can get him lesser charges. That does not mean he is guilty of murdering 3 people.

I’m on my phone and haven’t figured out on this how to find the thank you button so you get an applause! LE has not taken him off of the POI status. Thank you!

Hi, kkdj,

Are you using the “full site” option? It’s at the very bottom of the page, but it enables you to see the thanks button.

From the Dr. Phil show:

Dr. Phil talking about growing up in a small town....

-Dr. Phil: "If somebody showed up that didn't belong you stuck out like a sore thumb...and if some transient showed up they just stuck out like a sore thumb."

-ISP Superintendent Carter “We believe that the sketch that you see behind you was a face to face encounter with a citizen of Delphi."

-Dr. Phil: "When you look at the area around there what's the most likely way for this person to have gotten away, would he have gotten away by car by foot, what's the most likely way for him to have gotten away?"

-ISP Superintendent Carter ...'I certainly hope in my lifetime I can look him in the eyes and ask him that same question."

Carter doesn't appear to have a specific or a likely POI he's referring to.

Re . the transient - there were reports of a transient pan handling on the trails.

Re .the sketch - KN thinks it looks like DN.

Re. the mode of transport - LE hope to ask him when they meet him. DN's public defender turned ISP away according to DN's innocent letter so they haven't even met him yet.

If they haven't even interviewed DN yet, I can see why they can't include or exclude him yet.

Of course I know that. I am talking about the Co charges. He said " they're not that kind of people" - so why take a plea deal. Why do you say he's probably guilty? Innocent till proven guilty.

He's not guilty of anything ATM. We can have an opinion on it though.

I just wish I could ask law enforcement one question - does the sketch look like any of your persons of interest?

I just want to hear DN speak. The lady who gave an interview (who he worked & trashed their house) said his voice sounded like BG. She said he (DN) also walked like BG and the sketch looks like him. The one thing I would like to know is what color was the car that was seen on the 13th by a witness that was there. Wasn't it red in color? I know we talked about it early on but now I can't find that info. Anyone remember what I'm talking about? Heck even KN thinks the sketch looks like DN. Howver she said he never owned a jacket like BG is wearing. Well I certainly see a jacket like that in one of the photos provided to the media that was taken at the home they trashed. One should never say never. DN or KN owned a blue jacket imho.

You do know the IN detectives spent several days in CO and talked to “everyone they needed to talk to”, right? Obviously, that includes DN. <modsnip>

Has DN ever come out and said he was at his wife's ultrasound appointment?

I don't think he was there , was it ever confirmed that KN was at the Dr's appointment? what time was this appointment?
I wonder if she posted the picture on facebook?

lets say she got out from her appointment at 2:45 and headed straight to delphi to meet him somewhere..she would get there around 3:45 could she have gone and gotten him that night, or could he have spent the night in hiding observing the search , and lingering about out of sight?

could she have picked him up in the morning somewhere away from the bridge ? could he have walked to some other area or away from the town even?

I believe he wrote the letter and that is my tipping point. even if LE is reluctant at this point it can be for a variety of reasons.

there is energy around DN in so many different jurisdictions and for such a variety of offenses that all have different consequnces .

plus the GAG order..plus TW...

Im still on him, I dont care. MOO
