We can also put aside ideas about where the father was on Friday night.

FYI to WSers...

I was following a case...(still am, unfortunately)
where a WS searcher was hassled at the search sight after announcing place/time of search...

It DOES happen...:(

I believe it happened in the Lisa Irwin case also. That is even though some believe she was kidnapped. So yes do be very careful.

This is very important....we can put aside other ideas.

Assistant District Attorney Monika Hoyt*

"A police affidavit released Tuesday says Glass smoked “bowls” of marijuana at home, became hungry and drove with her 1-year-old to the Olive Garden restaurant near Central and Rock, the day before Lucas disappeared.

She also possibly left another child at home while out driving under the influence, Hoyt said, without identifying that child."

The affidavit states that Emily was interviewed in relation to Lucas' disappearance "as documented in case numbers ___ and ___". (I couldn't cut and paste the actual numbers.)

Are these cases 1. Missing Lucas and 2. Endangering a Child? Anyone know?

I saw that too and wondered the same thing, but then I saw that the second case number listed is the same case number listed at the top right of the affidavit for the child endangerment charge.

Hmmmm. I think Lucas may have "gone missing" before the day she reported it.

"While the judge agreed and did not alter her bail, Glass will be allowed to see her daughter, who is currently in someone else's custody.

However, the judge did order the visitation must be governed because of the child in need of care case."

A little different wording here...
---------------------------------------------
"Her bond was set at $50,000 on a misdemeanor charge of child endangerment involving her one-year-old daughter, who is now in state custody.**

Prosecutors said Glass would be a flight risk because of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of five-year-old Lucas Hernandez.* The judge agreed but did say that Glass would be allowed to see her daughter under the supervision of a judge."

And this where the judicial system fails the child. I wouldn't let her anywhere near that little girl. This woman smoked a bowl of pot and then drove under the influence with that baby in the car to an Olive Garden, then drove back home. This boggles my mind why they'd let her anywhere near the little girl. Especially considering it seems she is the POI of in the homicide investigation of another child who they can't find,

She says “possibly.” I think that’s her way of strongly suggesting it without confirming it? Weird.

Same thing here...she says “reportedly.” Very interesting...

I don't know about anyone else but I get a bad feeling about this. What if she had locked him in something so he couldn't leave. You know how we hear of those cases of a child being locked in a cages or closets etc.

Another different quote...
--------------------------
"In court today, the judge said that charge and Lucas' disappearance plays a role in his decision.

"That ongoing investigation, in this court's opinions, makes Ms. Glass a flight risk," said the judge. "And that's just a reality. And that is not in any way suggesting in any way that Ms. Glass is guilty or not guilty in any kind of offense, but it's a reality."

An affidavit released Tuesday provided details on that case. If Glass is able to come up with the bond money, she will be held on house arrest and fitted with an ankle bracelet."

So we do not know his whereabouts during this time? This is why we need to know the minute he was last seen-I need some facts here. I know our VI stated after 6 but by whom- could this person have been involved??

oh no....sounds like she is 'cleared' now for bail. Don't they just need 5 grand to bail her out now?

I agree with mommabear above post. I think they are telling us without telling us. If you get my drift. Safe to assume without doing the leg work. They've aleady done it. :)

Defense attorney agrees with you..LOL!
---------------------------------
"Leth-Perez, the defense attorney, argued that the prosecutor was bringing up allegations not in the charge that Glass is facing."

http://www.kansas.com/latest-news/article204949454.html

"The only crime they ever charged her with is a misdemeanor for a child, other than Lucas Hernandez," O'Hara says. "She ought to only be held on a bond for that charge, not on speculation."

O'Hara says any reason for setting a bond so high must be supported in fact.

"Obviously, if there is a reasonable basis for her not having contact with people, that she is going to influence witnesses or do something, that might be appropriate," he says.
