What I mean by a mission, is he never hesitated once heading in, he had a destination. If his destination was to party as a regular, I think they would have stayed more than fifteen minutes. I also think that JL would have finished her shift before leaving. He never wavered, he headed straight in, he had purpose....Just my opinion, you very well could be right, just how we perceive the body language...

Personally, I don't think JL was involved with it. Yet everything in the quarter is a hustle. It's summertime in Louisiana. It's slow, so offers of money can make people do thing they normally wouldn't do.

What I don't understand is why JL left in the first place. What doesn't make sense to me is that all the locals working in the quarter gets offered things that are too good to be true. Dancers promised money and rings, musicians promised recording contracts, bartenders being promised their own bars, etc. You sort of get numb to it after a while and stop listening. It's not as if the reputation of these two is on a level where you think there is a chance you might get what you were promised. IDK

Maybe they made a different kind of offer to Jaren, one she might believe, one as simple as a ride home. Apparently, he, at least knew her.

I think Skeeball mentioned earlier about her mood swings. One minute she would be dancing and having a good time, the next in a corner crying. I'm lead to believe that when she gets in trouble she breaks down and just cries. I know in our experience, when she cries it usually over the top until everyone just gives up. I'm not sure if that's her MO here, but it certainly seemed that way from her first day in jail when she was questioned. I don't necessarily believe she didn't know what was going on or was too far gone to sign her name, etc... I think that crying uncontrollably is her crutch cause she has a lack of criminal history and it has always worked in the past, cause we get tired of it and leave.

Do you think she cries to manipulate people, then? I find it interesting knowing what you have said, that she wanted to call her father. Did she ever come across as a spoiled princess who needs daddy to rescue her? I hope this scene on the courtroom wasn't all an act to garner sympathy for her.

IMO.. The hat was an attempt at disguise for benefit of the camera and TS wanted to get out from in front of that camera. They already had drinks in their hands when they walked in. Then again, QuarterRatty had a point they may have wanted to chat up the Bartender and look over the room.

Its MAS who I puzzle over, she acts like he cant get away, she has to hurry and catch up with TS.
 
As I am sure LE will be looking at what motive would TS/MAS have to kill JL. I still think Money is a common motivation. I don't think JL would have had enough Cash on her to end up getting killed for it. I don't think TS/MAS would have enough cash in their hand to motivate JL to go with them. This is assuming JL knows TS/MAS. What I think would motivate her to go with them would be the lure of Money from someone else. Follow the Money will lead you to the killer. I think the Money was in Mississippi. If I needed cash and someone I knew told me if I went with them and did xyz I would get paid then why not go?

I dont think they just picked her up for freaky sex and decided to kill her.

After reading this article, it makes me so sad. Sounds like Jaren was just trying to make some extra money on a slow night... How unfortunate that you cannot trust anyone anymore.

I cannot help but think that if Ms. Sanchez is not a murderer than she might just want to stay in prison. I think she knows what happened either way and she could end up a victim too if she did not do it. I can see why she looks sick in her pictures. Either way her future is not so bright....IMHO
 
I have to keep in mind that it is still rumour at this point that they were all seen in MS together until LE officially releases that information.

Let's say they did go to MS though just for speculation purposes.

I agree with the above poster, drugs can be found anywhere, specifically right there on Bourbon St.

Again, as mentioned previously by a poster, there are many girls to choose from in MS, why take a girl from Bourbon St. there. If it is true that they solicited a different girl that night prior to Jaren then, it can be ruled out that she was targeted specifically.

Whatever way you look at it, it leads back to TS and MAS either being the perp/s
or the middle man.

If the primary intended purpose was sexual, between the 3 of them (as indicated by the approach made on the other dancer) then there would really be no reason to go to MS.

Now, if there was another client in MS, then most likely that client made a request to TS and MAS to bring a girl to him in MS. I'm not saying this isn't possible, but why would this client offer higher incentives to these people when the client could just call out for a local girl?

This MS connection just isn't adding up for me.

I also find it interesting that they had drinks. Drinks from other clubs normally are not allowed into a club, but seeing as they came from stiletto's it's a possibility. Each club owner owns a few clubs, so if you have a drink from one, you can take it to the other. That was why I assumed it was really slow at temptations. If a club is slow, we're not gonna make you finish your drink, why turn down the business.

I do think she cries not to manipulate, but to try and get herself out of her predicament. I guess that can be seen as manipulation. I can't speak for her father. I don't have any children, but when I do and one calls me crying, or course I'm going to do anything I can to help. I know some families aren't like that, unfortunately, but someone is paying for the house.

I would be game for the "need a ride home" line, but another dancer said she asked mgmt to go to a party. Again, the party could have been an excuse to leave early. Who knows. I really want to go down to temptations and ask friends, but also want to stay as far away as possible.

If there was a client in MS looking for a "companion" i doubt they would have known or cared where they came from. If thats the case a phone trail will trace this to someone becase someone would have contacted TS to find a girl and bring her to MS.

I think JL was likely put in the water close to where and when she was found "she was not in the water long" I doubt she was killed in LA and then transported to MS. A party at a MS casino and $$$ would get her there.
