He's objecting because the request from Baez has no time constrictions at all for these records. He states that he will comply with a properly worded motion if Baez can prove it has some bearing on the case. Doesn't seem hinky to me. JMO

Sorry to reply this topic on here but I'm not able to start a new thread.....I'm just curious about the video from the meeting with TL and LA....I've seen bits and pieces on tv....but I can't find the full video....I have spent time searching through documents on here....but can't seem to find that...please help if you know....thanks

Let me apologize now if this has already been asked & answered. I looked, but did not find it.

What ever became of GA & CA's request for full immunity before cooperating with the police? Is it still being considered by the police or did they tell them no way?

They told them no. No one is getting immunity. They have a law that provides a type of use immunity there in Florida, that the actual truthful testimony they give, under a state subpoena will not be used against them. However, they absolutely can be prosecuted for perjury or any crimes they committed, is my understanding. The Anthony's have a VERY POOR understanding of the laws and the rules of testimony, so I hope that BC advises them in a much different manner going forward. It was painfully obvious in their depos they had a wrong idea about the parameters of what they would and would not be forced to answer, and they told repeated lies. It was hard to watch.

Did I hear NG say that now KC is claiming to be indigent? If so wouldn't her parents be responsible for her legal fees since she still lived under their roof? Also, are the tax payers to pay for her 8 lawyers and specialists? (that seems wrong to me) If she is indigent shouldn't she just get a public defender?

Nothing released that I am aware of in this regard.

It was widely reported/speculated online that Lee purchased pool filter supplies on eBay in the early months of the case. I have not seen that verified. FWIW...IIRC, this was discussed on a couple of "pool" threads.

Something has been bugging me since the evidence photos from the Anthony home were released. The photos of Casey's room the night/morning of the 15/16 of July shows a set up MUCH different than when Cindy gives Greta the walking tour of the house. Cindy is asked if the room is set up the way it is always, and Cindy replies yes. However, if you look at the pictures and compare with the later video, it has clearly been re-arranged. Why? And why the lie about how the room is?????

Debs, I believe the linked evidence photos were taken on 12/20/08, when LE was collecting additional evidence (bed is centered on wall).

During Greta's interview the bed head is by the window (vs. centered in the room).

Please see the thread (now on pg. 5 of threads) called "Anthony Home and Floor Plans". Post 554 shows the bed near the window which is the way the room was determined to be on June 15/16, 2008.

Sometime after Greta's interview the bed was changed to the center of the room. I'd have to reread the whole thread to remember how they came up with that (like photos prior to June 15 showing bed position).

It's possible that the bed was centered in the room on June 15/16 and by the time July/Aug rolled around CA had placed it by the window (Greta). Then later, but before Dec. 20, CA put it back in the center of the room.

I think all that was sleuthed out already in the Anthony Home thread (mucho pages). HP would know for sure so I hope he reads here today.)

It took me too long to compose this reply. I see Bond took you over to the thread. Usually he provides the link, Bond? Now the Floor Plan thread will be on pg. 1 of the threads. That way HP is sure to see it! (smilie)

I noticed early on, especially in the video with C&G in their kitchen, C on the phone, she looked so different... since seeing that initially, and with more videos showing her during the same time frame, I believe, her appearance was indeed altered, due to some apparent injuries. Any known cause for these? Were these videos taken early on (July) and perhaps the result of the alleged fight between she and KC?

Cindy has the same mark on her nose as recently as her deposition. This could be a skin/age spot on her nose.
