LP keep searching for Caylee??

Leonard wants to put more divers in to find Caylee. Do you think he should?

OK,here...I have been so consumed with the Blanchard Park tower pings until I searched this past Saturday with TES. I was assigned to the East side of the 8 mile long park. I saw a tower near there. Looking at tower locations and the one she pinged (WEST side) I figured if she put Caylee here it would be West Blanchard Park.

So I started google mapping and google earthing and drew a line 1.0 miles from that West tower. then I started moving it in a circle. I went with 1.0 miles because of the populated nature of the area. I figured it would be a short range tower.

About 1/2 mile North of Colonial Dr (HWY 50) on the West side of the road is a Church - Faith something or other...Oh Gosh I'm freaking here...

This church is huge with a gigantic parking lot behind it. She spent hours and hours within this tower's ping radius - lots of those hours long after the Blanchard gates were locked. I was thinking where the heck could she be within 1 mile of this tower from say midnight to 8 AM any given day? THE CHURCH!! Private to park, no one would see her there, she could sleep, text, talk on the phone, etc. Lots of treed areas to hide her car in just in case the cops drove in. Two playgrounds and gee, what's that? A pond inside of all those trees on the other side of the playground.

If you google map or google earth it, there's a blue tarp there. Microsoft.live.com - no tarp. But really secluded, by a church, by a playground, easy to "visit" every Sunday, OMG...She is very in your face (wearing the stolen stuff on camera, etc) wouldn't it be just like her to go "visit" the body by going to church all the time she was on house arrest????

Am I crazy or do you all see the perfect spot too? Does this make any sense???

I don't want to burst your bubble but IMO it is very close to Tony's apartment and that's whey there are so many pings. I hope you're right.
 
Why is it a bad thing if LP cntinues searching? I am just curious to know what others think.

I thought trica closed the other post and said this turned out to be nothing . Am I misunderstanding her ?

You are correct. The search will not be today, and on Murt's site it said will update everyone this evening as to what is going on with the search.

There were two areas being discussed on the other thread, the church per Cocoa's theory and Moss Park per a conversation with LP. Moss Park turned out to be nothing so the church is still being discussed here.
 
What is the reason for not searching the pond at Moss Park? Seems as likely as any other place.

Also, I think LP is a good guy and I support his search efforts, but I'm not sure how many more times I can take these proclamations of "breaking news" or "news that will shock the world" that turn up to be absolutely nothing.
 
can someone explain to me why lenonard would call murt and tell him to come when he has a tip or idea? Why would he want him there ? To get the word out or what ?

Is this a joke? Is Leonard REALLY basing his continuing to search or not on the response of internet posters?

He doesn't want to find Caylee TOO bad if his decision can be based on something so..............sorry, stupid is the only word coming to mind.

yeah. Is that the song they say she was listening to? No idea what they think the connection to Caylee in water is with this song if this is the one.

I voted yes, but not sure he's in the right place. I think he should get the local volunteers to assist him with his efforts. There are a lot of people who want to keep searching.

The cross appears to be made by a child, the misspelling also seems childish. Or, a child whose name is spelled Kaley may have carved their own name into a tree. I wonder how many other names are carved into trees in the park.

Not to mention that Kaylee, or some variation of it, has been on the Social Security Administrations list of most popular baby names for the last seven years...in fact, in 2007, it was #36. It's not as uncommon a name as people think...

I don't know if I buy the carving story. Who knows.
