I read that Jenny Murat had always stood by her initial statement of knowing Robert was not involved because she was home all night with him - until recently, she changed the story to knowing Robert was not involved because he was home when she arrived just before 10pm, having driven past apartment 5A and seeing a woman wearing a plum coloured top standing outside. -Not sure why anybody would hold such information from LE for so many years! X

JW at the beginning of his walk saw a woman in purple who he says was JT.
JM driving home from the supermarket saw a woman in purple (she had gone to the supermarket at about 7.50pm to buy bread).
Maybe JW saw JT , but JM saw a different lady? I don't know.

So we have two independent people who saw a woman in purple and a woman in purple who saw a man carrying a child...
