For those looking up SG without a NetDetective registration, they have nothing on her in the entire state and nothing even close as far as other spellings.
New article, I just started reading it but it could possibly provide some time line answers?

In the story Buchanan tells, 5-year-old Nevaeh walked barefoot across the old brown carpet, worn and stained, and headed for the front door.
"Mom, I'm going upstairs to Austin's house to play a game," Buchanan remembers her daughter saying.
It was about 6:30 p.m. on May 24, the day before Memorial Day. Nevaeh walked out, the door shut and that was the last time Buchanan says she saw her daughter.
"I trusted her enough for her to actually go," Buchanan told the Free Press last week in a 2 1/2 -hour interview, discussing everything from her relationship with two sex offenders to how it feels to be suspected in her child's disappearance.
Also:
Nevaeh had just had an accident and changed her clothes.

Thanks, Chilly. It does clear up some of the timeline. It also answers Momtective's concerns about the change of clothes.
I found this disturbing:
She had known Kennedy a couple of years. "If George wanted to do that, he would have done it a little sooner," she said. "That's the way I feel. But I could be wrong."
That woman says the oddest inappropriate things about her daughter!
This account raises my hinky meter. Her five year old daughter just tells her that she is going upstairs. She doesn't ask, she just tells her? That strikes me as odd. And the fact that this exchange was nothing out of the ordinary seems to tell me that Nevaeh was used to making her own rules and no one really bothering to check on where she was. If she wanted to go to Aaron's, she was going, no one would ever tell her not to, in fact, I'm willing to bet that no one really cared where this kid was.
That simple quote about Nevaeh telling JB she was going upstairs reinforces my original thought that her mother may not have killed her, but probably doesn't care much that she's dead. From everything I have seen of the mother, she seems to be not in shock, not even really dumb, just...absent. She doesn't care. About anything.
I did find this...there is no sexually explicit material UNLESS you click a link on the page. Every one is an escort service. Everywhere from Montreal to Cancun.

She trusted her enough???...a five year-old??? The he!! with trust! Why didn't she protect her! The child at the door allegedly told her Neveah was in the street, and she went in search of her flip-flops. Meanwhile, her BAREFOOT little girl was being abducted. :behindbar
A time out mom, all right. She couldn't take time out from her busy television viewing schedule to care for her sweet, precious daughter.

I have 3 kids (youngest being 7) and this was the first thing I said. My 7yo would leave on his clothes for 3 or 4 days if you let him. That was a real big flag to me.
Do we have any background information regarding whether or not there were any stipulations placed on Jennifer by the court with regards to Nevaeh?
Did Jennifer lose custody of Nevaeh temporarily or permanently?
I'm not sure if JB technically lost custody.....her brother said after JB had her home invasion case, they decided to turn custody of Neveah over to the grandmother.....I don't know the specifics....he also said there were no stipulations...whether that's true or not, I don't know....
I believe she referred to that child as a "tattletale" :banghead:
I do feel sorry for her to an extent. She is now suffering knowing how stupid she was. Her grief seems genuine to me. Whatever happened has made her a wreck.
If she knows anything or had anything to do with it she may be scared and grieving. If she did have something to do with it or knows something then my sympathy flies out the window.
According to the Nevaeh's father he went to court to try and get custody of Nevaeh but the court gave custody to the grandmother. Sure would love to see a paper trail regarding Nevaeh's father's custody hearing ...
And hearing that Nevaeh had an accident right before she left doesn't sit well with me either. Haleigh had an accident right before she went missing as well. Many children soiling themselves lead to them being beaten or murdered.

Anyhow I read that myself and for the life of me I don't get it - I don't get why a parent would take it personally and/or see it as some kind of defiance directed toward them - that says alot about their lack of knowledge and understanding in the way that children develops. You would think that someone would have to at the least take a course in child development before they should be allowed to have a children.
