"Mistatements" and/or Lies by Cindy & George

Also from the FBI interview, CA says that things fell apart with OCSO right around the bond hearing, that OCSO was being really good to CA/GA and then suddenly stopped looking for Caylee and started looking at KC. She characterized OCSO as though they caused the souring of the relationship....However, as I recall from Det. Melich's testimony at the bond hearing, CA called him the night before the hearing and went off about LE going to visit AlexP and telling Yuri that she would not be so cooperative with him anymore. THAT is what soured the relationship-CA's horrible attitude as usual.

No one, FBI or OCSO, stopped looking for Caylee until all reasonable possibilities were eliminated, IMO.

Yes CA stated that LE was going to go to the nursing home before she could get there to inform her Father that Caylee was missing and that KC was arrested. CA made it sound as though LE was going to go there with guns blazing. When IMO LE was going there to obtain any video evidence, and statements from employees and whoever might have seen Caylee on the day she was there.Yes they probably wanted to interview her Dad but I believe they would have waited for CA to get there. CA is addicted to drama and that drama she uses to point the finger away from KC. I cant understand CA's and GA's unwillingness to except the truth. I have two sons and one of those sons has a son of his own. If this scenario happened in my family(God forbid) I would still love my son, but would tell the truth about everything LE wanted to know. I could not go to the lengths that CA has gone through to point the finger away from KC. I dont know , maybe its the way I raised my kids, the truth is important in my home and has always been advised to tell it or else. I always told my kids 'what do you think is the worst thing that can happen by telling the truth, and once they thought about it and would end up telling the truth and taking their punishment. Simple right? Well when you tell lies like KC you have to wonder where she gets it from, and CA said it herself when asked 'who do you think KC is most like'? she answers ME so I take that for what it is. So in the end LE did not go by CA's rules(the way she talks in some interviews she is running the whole investigation LE's just here to help) and she vowed not to be 'as cooperative' in the future. Really was she more concerned for her Dad or for her missing Granddaughter? Or is it she is a complete control freak?

CA Zanny was a seasonal employee. Amy was a seasonal. The clue there is seasonal. Zanny's room mate was a seasonal. Amy is Ricardo's room mate. Amy did tell me that she works at Universal. This is KEY

That connection in Jacksonville could mean something else.This Jeff person was in Jacksonville. She was referring that she was with Jeff. Ricardo could be Jeff. The person that introduced her to the babysitter is Jeff. So Jeff could be Ricardo introducing Casey to Amy. Jeff could be code for current boyfriend, just like Zanny could be a reference to babysitter. Who introduced who to who?

Question: If someone gave LE misinformation in a case and further made various misstatements during their depositions which could be proven as a lie is there a statue of limitations as to how long SA can bring formal charges against them?

If it were one misstatement I could understand, memory, etc. but to continue to tell one lie after another. To make statements against innocent people and slander them, I would hope the SA's office can bring charges against them. I mean they originally charged KC for lying. jmo

That interview with George about living under a microscope is heartbreaking, and I feel badly for George. But on the other hand he doesn't seem to be taking any responsibility for ending all the media and public attention simply by encouraging his family to start telling the truth and by keeping a lower profile. Or by not taking any money or gifts for pics or video of Caylee.

Yep, I think the FBI behavioural science unit would be hard pressed to find someone, (deemed sane) who processes information like this woman, yet supposedly, never sees the elephant in the room.

Apparently, during Cindy's (wee small hours July 30th epiphany), she had faced at least one truth........ that the original, bonafide, pro-bono, law abiding Zanny, who was part of regular conversation for a few years, was indeed a bunch of crock. She seems to have worked out that Zanny was just Casey's excuse for staying out all night. Ofcourse, she never actually says this, presumably keeping the rogue babysitter theory a possiblility, for the Blanchard Park sequel, :back: she was pondering whether or not to reveal to Agent Bolin.

Cindy just throws in that Zanny could be a generic term for whoever's watching Caylee. Then comes Cindy's Eureka moment, where with a straight face, she suggests that Casey's diabolical stories about Bush Gardens, car crashes, and the fictitious trip to Jacksonville :liar: might be part of a 30 day installment code for "Mom, I'm telling you that Caylee has been kidnapped by Amy and Riccardo. And I don't know where my car is"

Two day's later, Cindy would tell Yuri Mellich that her "No 1 suspect has been Jesse all along" Right, nothing like hedging one's bets.

Mindboggling stuff, specially after seeing those bank statements.

LOL. That is sooooooo true. It's like they can't believe what they are hearing. I would love to have been in on some of the conversations that LE had after some of the interviews with CA. She just boggles the mind. How sad for Caylee. Does CA realize how she dishonors the child she supposedly loved more than life itself? CA wants to find Caylee so she, KC and Caylee can be all together again. What makes CA think the child would want to spend eternity with her? Has CA ever considered that and the fact that if Caylee's father is in fact deceased, Caylee may want to spend eternity with him. Mom did not do such a good job.... jmo

I just finished reading the FBI interview where CA and GA were filling out their psych evaluations and CA was all verklempt she didn't know how to answer. Did you treat it like a test and go with your gut or should you think about it, what it meant. blah, blah, blah
Then on to the early interviews (Tks TWA!)
I had a flashback to how I felt back when I was hearing these answers and interviews for the first time. Then I had a real ethical dilemma wondering what I would do if I found an alive Caylee here in Canada because back in the day, every cell of my intuition told me I should take an Elian (SP? little Cuban boy) G stance and refuse to return her home. There were that many red flags and it was weeks in.
I'm sorry I never had a chance to create an International incident to save Caylee. Knowing what I know now, my gut was spot on about her family though. May she RIP now. She wouldn't have lived a second of her short life in peace.

Wasn't this "letter" actually the speech he was supposed to give at some function that subsequently uninvited C&G? I can't remember where or what (some missing children's foundation, I think) the function was, but I do remember about them being uninvited. IMO, the sponsors did not care for the way the A's were handling themselves in the media and decided it was best for them not to be included.
