This is the problem. The Grund family was sheltering Casey from her parents and from her reality. She was taking advantage of them. In fact, IIRC, she had broken up with Jesse, but was still letting the Grunds keep Caylee! The Grunds wanted her to make other arrangements because they were very attached to the baby, but the relationship with Jesse was not happening. When R Grund asked (politely) what were they going to do about the babysitting situation, he says she just up and blurted out that she "had one."

I have to say that I think something stinks with the new story. Perhaps R. Grund has been under a lot of stress and probably been reading and reading all of our sleuthing. Perhaps he just is confused now...or was confused earlier.

I believe I also heard him say he hadn't spoken with Jesse since Casey was arrested as well (?) I KNOW that's not right because I saw them together on another brief video a few weeks ago - when Jesse was "clearing the air" about his involvement.

Something was WAY weird about that interview last night. Oh, please Lord...not another exaggerator in this case! I can't deal with anymore lies.

I think he's straight up, but something is way wrong with this.
 
Wouldnt it be great if he would come on here and clear the air? Like DS and Exit 13! I doubt he would, especially if he is might be used by the defense..
 
There have been a few "strange" things going on the last couple of days. I am not saying that I don't believe them, only the timing of all three of them deciding to come forward now....strange. Well, I guess it would be four of them...lol, dante, exit, jessie and Rg.
 
Maybe they're a little nuts. I hate to say it because they seem very nice. Of course, aren't we all a little nutty? Anyway, I recall KC's lawyer, Walsh, saying that JG is crazy. He was referring to how he didn't pass a psyche evaluation for his LE job. Plus, the dad goes around chasing ghosts. Not to mention, they were major players in KC's life. My ex-sister-in-law is a bit of a sociopath and I compare KC to her all the time. Well, my x-s-i-l kept all kinds of unbalanced and naive people around her all the time. They were easier to manipulate.
 
A couple of points to ponder... yes RG did seem sincere last night - but lets see the facts - he is an actor by trade (you can do a google search of his name) , has a film production company, has a large following of his own on myspace where he blogs about Caylee - about how he could have helped, etc., etc., etc. He also has a website where it states he chases paranormals out of peoples homes. And on all of these other sites he calls himself Reverend Grund.

No where on either interview does RG state that he is a Reverend. I find that very odd. If you are a man of the cloth you are a man of the cloth - period. Also - he has stated previously that he wanted to "clear the air" about rumors that supposedly CA said about Jesse's involvement. Well - no one has EVER heard CA say that Caylee was dead, along with no one hearing about that particular rumor at all. That to me is a conflict of what he has said about the so called rumors.

People stopped talking about Jesse - he was able to start a new life in Georgia. While I believe what Jesse said, as he does indeed seem sincere, I do not trust his father at all. Something just isnt right. He mentions Zanny last night, but said in prior interviews that he never heard of her. I have too many unanswered questions when it comes to RG. Can we say movie deal for his company, or getting his name out to the public - or his additional 15 minutes of fame? Again - something is just not right.

Just my opinion but I wanted to throw it out there.

Reading over this NG transcript, maybe RG thinks that KC is possessed. Sorry, I just had to throw that out there.. No offence, Mr. G.

GRUND: But I want people to understand that the Casey we knew that spent all of the time with us and watched Sunday football, and the pictures that you have is not the Casey you see right now.

And I think the clue to finding Caylee is what bridges the Casey we knew to the aberration we have now. If we can figure out what causes her to become, as Mr. Klaas said, the monster she is now, I think we find out what happened to Caylee.

You do have some good points here.. But do you really think that this man, who genuinely cared about Caylee, would use this to enhance his career? What a horrible thing to do if that's the case..I dont know about that.. I just can't imagine. Well, can't really imagine anything going on with this case, so who knows..

Question, I know I should ask on a different thread, but I'm being lazy.. I read somewhere about TES making a big announcement yesterday.. So does anyone know what that big announcement was??

I think that's a possibility, Thinking_Out_Loud.

I remember seeing R. Grund's MySpace account and it's full of dragons and monsters or something. Just put me on notice that he's "Different."

I did find in the transcript from NG last night where he said he hadn't seen Casey OR his son Jesse since Caylee went missing. That is not true. I'll have to look for a link, but he definitely did a video with Jesse and they both were talking about the polygraph exam and that Jesse was not involved in any way. I think that would be a little harder to "forget."

The other thing that was odd to me was that Jesse called LE right away when he heard that Caylee was missing. They asked him if he could think of anything out of the ordinary and he said he couldn't and hung up. The next day, he remembered that he had talked to Casey on the (I think it was the 24th of June) and he was positive he heard Caylee in the background. He also reported that Casey had come to his place to "use the shower" because her boyfriend was out of town..."nothing out of the ordinary, though." :eek: Come on...didn't he wonder where the heck she was sleeping with Caylee if she needed to use HIS shower? I would think that was very "out of the ordinary." Maybe I'm just suspicious...

Then, after thinking about it again, he called LE back to say that he was sure he had talked to Casey, and he was almost positive he heard Caylee, but he wouldn't swear to that in court. [Insert music from Twilight Zone]

I want to think the best of this family, but there is something in the back of my mind that is telling me, "something is NOT right here." (Is the back of my mind where my hinky-meter is located? Anyone?)

I will do some more looking for the video... but this is getting weirder by the day...Absolutely!:Banane47:
 
From reading RG's blog, it appears either Casey or Cindy accused him of being overprotective of his son. He says something about a person who is now a poster child for "bad parenting" having accused him of being overprotective.

JG blames Cindy for the breakup but I think it's just as likely his dad was working at it as well. For good reason IMO. I mean looked out it all turned out.
 
I wonder if Casey and JG would have stayed together and eventually had gotten married, would we be on this site today?? Probably not.. Not saying I think she harmed her daughter, I still am on the fence (no attacks please), but she did something...But if she would have gotten that love from a man that she seemed to have craved, maybe that little girl wouldnt be lost.

I thnk I missed something.. Why did Cindy blame JG for breakup?? Isn't her daughter the one who lied about him being the daddY??? That alone is enough for a break up. And JG tried to make it work, he bonded with that baby from what I hear.. What did Cindy do??
