Where is the link stating the charges are dropped?

Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I have searched all over SM and haven't found anything but the mother and her daughter stating that charges were dropped. I would like to see that confirmed as well. Just because.

I'm hoping they tracked him from the neighbor's house. That's where he was last seen physically before he was reported missing, unless you go by the stooge of a witness that saw him walking around unattended and didn't call the police- come to think of it, would if this witness has seen their kids wander off before and maybe thought nothing of it? If it was a daily occurrence that he went to get cookies and candy alone at one neighbor's house, who's to say he hasn't wandered further away before?

While the mother might have an alibi this time- she was at work, I'd like to know if there was anyone else home besides the grandfather and the sister. Maybe they were outside in the yard? They haven't mentioned anyone else being home, just that they were checking out others that live in their home that aren't related to Raul.

Did Raul have shoes on while he visited the lady for his cookies and candy?

lonetraveler made a good point about asking whether or not the barn was closer to the cookie lady's property than their own.

Were those footprints fresh footprints, as in, made on the day he went missing? Or was this child allowed to wander off without shoes frequently? Could those footprints have belonged to his sister? My oldest daughter and my son were two years apart- she was the oldest. For years, they were both the same height/weight/clothing and shoe size. Those prints could be the sister's prints and not Raul's!

Curious if other young children from this family may also freely wander there?

How well does Officer Sadovnikov know this boy? It was previously mentioned that (paraphrasing here)they have dealt with this family a lot/multiple occasions...

Were those dealings mostly in regards to him wandering around the property/getting lost often? Odd that an officer would know a child well enough to be able to predict what is normal or abnormal for them in regards to their wandering.
Realize kids are quick and can get into mischief fast, and 4 year olds can be hard for grandparents to keep up with but.... How many times has this kid wandered or needed the police called to look for him in the past? Seems excessive if it's to the point that officers know their usual wandering habits (all just my own opinion)
Not really, not in small towns.

Dogs may not be reliable either. He wandered earlier this same week, therefore his scent should be all over and make it more difficult for the dogs to know when he walked that area.

The unrelated people comment has made me think. The mum may have a boyfriend who stays over. I can't find anywhere that it states grandad lives elsewhere. He could actually like with them.
My thought process was I doubt she would have grandad come over and watch the kids if a boyfriend lives with them (how often is it mums leave kids with BF). Then I thought if grandad lives with them a boyfriend may live there too.
Trying to think who could be living there unrelated to Raul. Moms brother or sister would be related to Raul but a friend of mums wouldn't.
IM NOT STATING MUM HAS A BOYFRIEND just a scenario.

My hinky meter is not pinging, I think he wandered too far :(
Sadly me too. Another child who was allowed freedom (too much?? Who knows) to explore his world and seemed to have a routine too his day. Some are lucky some aren’t. My children were allowed to explore their/our world. Maybe, sadly, they were the last generation to have that they are now in mid. 30’s to 30. I’m glad they had that privilege.

maybe he did not talk to Cookie Lady because someone told him not to say anything to anyone (about X, Y or Z)... and kids can take things literally... Just musing, trying to come up with anything while we wait...

I think it would be amazing if he is found safe. hearts crossed for that.

ETA: or he may have been recently instructed not to talk to Cookie Lady??? ugh, who knows why, but that detail is sticking with me... an odd thing to report and an oddity for it to have happened in the first place.
Sometimes 4 year olds talk, other times they are busy thinking!

I'm not so sure "wandering" and "exploring" are a privilege if the kid ends up missing or dead.

A compiled list from just a few reports...
So is cookie lady right next door on Village Rd as well? Yet he headed towards Crestline Rd vs home? (Crestline and Village Rd run parallel to one another)

Authorities and volunteers have spent the last two days searching air water and land for the child who was last seen by a neighbor at 10:30 Wednesday near his home on Village Drive just off of Crestline Road in the Hasty community.

Raul's mother, Annie Johnson, told ABC11 on Thursday that Raul and his sister got into an argument. Raul wandered outside and went next door to a neighbor's house where the neighbor sent him back home.

I'm also contemplating this scenario. Can't imagine having another male in the home with your children after the last one is charged with sexual abuse/rape crimes with children. KWIM?

A four year old leaves home after an argument with his sister?

Dogs would know the difference between Raul's footprints and his sister's.
