NeJame, TES Join Search for Haleigh

TES searches for those who are believed to be alive as well as the deceased. Take a minute to look at the web site for them & you will see a number of people they have located alive.

I was catching up on the post....then I saw yours.... We think alike...

I can't & don't speak for TES but I would imagine there are many reasons to suspend a search, mainly, no new leads. There has to be something to give you an idea of where to search, once you've searched those area's where else do you go? TES is made up of all volunteers & reley strictly on donations. This means people taking time from work, their families & spending out of their own pockets to do a search, you can only do that for so long. I wish I had a million bucks to give to TES cause I would in a heart beat.

I think everybody should go dig 4 quarters out their couches or in their car and buy a powerball for sat, Maybe if one of us win the 275 million we could donate enough money to keep searching until haleigh is found.

I only buy 1.00 ticket so my odds are not good. but i will help tim if i win the 275 million

I know that at times LE just runs out of leads and places to look BUT....no more is known now then when Tim and Co. were here before. I think there was some conflict between them and LE. I may be wrong though. They are coming now with no more leads then there were before. I don't think that Tim and Co. depend on LE to tell them where to search. Tim's only stipulation is that a family member or the family OR LE ask them to come and search. He doesn't necessairly have to have LE permission. It is always nice when the searchers and LE can work together. I hope that is what happens this time.

In regards to searches for a living person I think time and known location are the crucial elements. Here is an example;

What I am getting at is in my opinion searches for living people such as those presumed lost or injured in the wilderness/away from home and that are conducted immediately after the report has been issued are most likely to be more fruitful than those that are initiated months later. From my understanding the remarkable work that TES does involves meticulous searches of outdoor spaces, in my opinion if Haleigh were alive she would likely be secreted away somewhere that searchers are unlikely to come across or would not have access to, such as private homes. This is all my opinion of course, and forms the basis of why I believe that TES is participating with the primary concern for the recovery of remains. Again, just my opinion.

Well, it might be about the joy that there will be a new search for Haleigh, but at last count (yes, I did count) there were at least 18 posts that blatantly made it about praising Ronald Cummings for contacting (forgive this as an collective comment of most of the posts referenced) "an attorney who will get Haleigh's name back into the press."

Ronald Cummings has been on a lot of the major news networks with the antics of the past week. It seems that these 18 or so posts would rather make it about the fact that there's something that could sweep these latest criminal antics of the father of a child who is missing under the rug and make him look better in the public eye.

That's swell. Ronald Cummings and his family will be holding a press conference with a high powered attorney from Orlando who was linked to the Caylee Anthony disappearance. That should bring resounding good press to Ronald as a champion who moves heaven and earth to look for his child.

Oh, but wait. There's that little problem that he and his wife are NOT cooperating with LE, that they have been asked, and refused, to come in for more interviews (I've heard the arguments for why so please, spare me the recap), and he's recently been arrested for a serious felony offense, and COULD be charged with a couple more.

I give TES and Mark NeJame mad props for jumping in to see what they can do to help HALEIGH.

Perhaps Ronald can keep his name out of the criminal dockets part of the paper for a little while. Surely Haleigh deserves that, too.

I am so eager to learn about what is next and what the meeting is about. I am so glad that Nejame and TES are in the picture. I still have not found any links though as to a live feed.

The Cummings family is scheduled to be in Orlando for a special news conference with attorney and child advocate Mark NeJame, whom the family has recruited to help them find Haleigh.

Tim Miller, founder of Texas EquuSearch, is also expected to appear at the meeting, scheduled for 10 a.m. Monday.

I have the greatest respect for NeJame and feel Tim Miller does the best he can for everyone. I look forward to their involvement in this case. In my opinion, neither of these men are stupid and, as we saw in the Anthony case, will do what needs to be done regardless of who is involved. I'm hoping something will break in this case.

I was hoping that since the presser was in Orlando, one of the stations there would stream it. But I don't see any indication that they will.
