It looks like weather siren to me. But I could be wrong. There is a weather siren on the side of the building I work in. Loud AF. Gives me a panic attack.

I found this by accident...maybe woman has been identified and maybe someone has been charged. I was unable to find any more information. If someone can..then we can be glad. If not,it is about 1 hr away.

I think that's a very possible. I am a native of toledo ohio, my fathers side are all swantucky natives (Swanton Ohio) if you know this area geographically then you know it's very easy to move around on back country roads almost undetectable at any time of the day in NW Ohio, SE Michigan and NE Indiana. Once you hit toledo and I-75 your risk of being seen or caught will greatly increase. I have a feeling he stayed west of I75.

exactly, So west of Toledo and I75, Fulton, Williams, Lucas, Hancock, Defiance, Henry, Wood, Putnam, Paulding. Michigan, Hillsdale or Lenawee, Monroe. Branch. and then across the Indiana line there. Im not sure of the county.

I know I saw that too...first arrested a mentally unstable man but they really believe it's a man named Thomas Gilbert. But did you see the sketch? Long hair in 1981?

Wow there really are!! I came across this one...she was traveling. Kinda like Jody Lynn Bryant's car trip.

Here Diann Tatum starts off in washington Courthouse (Jeffersonville) in 1988 traveling to Warren MI. Her car ends up at a motel in Cincinnati (with her never checking into it) and her remains are found 6 yrs later (unidentified until 2013) in St Clair Twp, MI. Now that sounds like a JDW disapearance to me. 1988 he had his beloved truck and trailer (lawn business) so could take car elsewheres...and ability to travel to MI.

Yeah, if anything Uber is arguably safer than cabs and shuttles. It at least provides reviews and information so you can pick your driver based on reputation and it makes sure there is information about who you got a ride from if the driver went nuts. With a cab its usually pretty much anonymous and a ton of cabbies in big cities operate unlicensed anyways.
