I've got a son whose been w/his s/o for three or four years now (it's complicated...). There's an engagement ring but I doubt there will ever be a marriage. I've a daughter who I thought would probably never have an interest in tying the knot, she's a fairly free, but stubborn, spirit (as am I), but she and her HUSBAND ;) just celebrated their first year anniversary. Not to go into politics at all, but, she leans a bit left and he leans a bit right so conversing with them is always enjoyable (they keep it cool  ). They balance one another out very well thus far. She chose well.

I like the sound of him...

After following the case of the man in N Ohio who killed an older couple in North Canton, then killed a mother and 2 daughters in North Royalton the next day, it's more clear than ever that the Rhoden case should have been solved by now. :

Hmm. I agree.

In my opinion......things that stand out:

The W family is involved somehow. The timing of the murders (after the baby was born) and the sparing of the children. I don't think they physically participated but perhaps they provided information to those who actually committed the murders.

I wonder if KR was killed because he had knowledge and was considered to be a risk.

How can can people live with themselves if they had knowledge that this premeditated, cold blooded crime was going to occur?

I wonder....I sometimes think I've live too long...(I'm 49). I agree with this.

I like the sound of him...

Which one, my harder right leaning, renegade, son; or my easy going more conservative leaning, sil? lol The former has aged us a bit, but he's mine and I love him. Our family has quite a mixed bag when it comes to hotbed views but we just don't let them separate us.

I saw this tonight. Double murder in Independence, Ky., tonight. There's not a lot of details out just yet, but, I know there's been some theories on here that the Elsemere, Ky. murders could be connected and I'm not discounting anyone's theory. I've been looking at this and if this June murder happens to fit w/some of these others, it could mean that since 23 is so hot now, that they've started a whole new route, and up until recently even had assistance from law enforcement (see Sept. 2016). Can't be sure someone didn't step in to fill their shoes either. Seems they've been storing the product in local homes. What if the heat got onto those local home owners, or mules, and they wanted to pull out? They can't hardly do that, and live. It's a damned if you do and damned if you don't scenario. A few get out but it ain't easy. You don't just walk up and say, It's been real, but I'm out.

Execution style while they slept comes up a lot. I'm beginning to wonder if that is a signature or has a meaning or warning to others that you are never safe...Not even while you sleep in your own home...

Was the North Ohio case well planned or committed in the spur of the moment like an active shooting type of crime?

I don't think it was well planned but I definitely do think he went to that home with the plan to kill her.

It could be both. I'm pretty sure it's used as a warning to others that you don't screw up, screw over, or try to leave, the business.

Couple of articles I found interesting around the L'vlle and Northern (Foulmouth) end of the state. Less than a couple hours from each other via Interstate, and Foulmouth is around 30-ish miles south of Cinci. (One of my top three theories has been that they'd been tapped, and started informing, to stay out of prison, and someone in the shadows thought it would lead to them at some point. Some folks don't do very well in prison if they've helped put others there.)

August, 2013
On that Aug. 28 night in 2013, the 22-year-old pregnant Brown County mother thought she was being pulled over by police. - According to the affidavit, that witness is a female informant...

I remember the Derby death from last year.
L'vlle murder increase 2016
Ray said the main reason for the drop in the arrest rate is the reluctance of witnesses to cooperate, which he says is driven by fear of retaliation, antagonism toward police and a culture that discourages snitching(see link below). National authorities say murders have become tougher to solve because there are fewer crimes of passion, where the assailant is easy to identify, and more drug- and gang-related killings.

Feb. 2016
Witness Wouldn't Snitch in Brother's Murder.
“I want to tell you the truth but I can’t,” he said in a second interview in April. “If I snitch, somebody is going to come after my daughter.”
http://www.courier-journal.com/stor...ness-wouldnt-snitch-brothers-murder/80227182/

Note: No Snitching is the code of many in this generation, not just the city kids. You don't do it. If you do, you're either a punk, and are shunned, or if it's something bad enough, you end up like the girl in my first link.

One of the last things BS saw before her death was a flashing blue light. On that Aug. 28 night in 2013, the 22-year-old pregnant Brown County mother thought she was being pulled over by police. But she was actually being pulled over by her killer.
“The (informant) stated that the victim was ‘B’ and (shooting her) was payback for her ‘old man’ not paying (him) money that he owed,” the affidavit states.

Stykes was 17-weeks pregnant when she was found with multiple gunshot wounds and slouched in her vehicle on Aug. 28, 2013.

Stykes’ young daughter, A, was found strapped in her car seat, bleeding from a gunshot wound to the head. Just 14 months old at the time, A managed to survive the shooting after several major surgeries.

Thinking, again. The above was a "hit". He didn't care that BS was 17 weeks pregnant nor did he care that she likely had a toddler in the car, who was nearly killed too. With the Rhoden/Gilley murders, I don't see how they could have gone into those trailers, especially if it were dark inside them, and murdered HHG & FR, w/ a six month old in the bed, nor HMR, and her with an infant near her, and those babies not to have been injured, or killed too, with that many shots. Where they found CR2 pretty much solidified that they had lights on at DR's for me, along with AM statement about her husband seeing DR. It had to be someone who knew these people and cared about the infant, the six month old, and if they saw him, the three year old. Long-term simmering hate, envy, jealousy, etc... over something, possibly inner-family, finally boiled over, but the kids had nothing to do with it, and they cared about them, is still in my top three.

OMG. OMG. This is it, I know it. Oh please, oh please, let the babies be safe.

They could check on their SM pages. AW has had photos up and saying 'that WAS in Alaska'.

How hard is it to track their cell phones?! I mean, that would pinpoint an exact location.
I don't understand why this hasn't been done yet- I truly don't.
I recently experienced a nasty "stalking" experience on Instagram. After confronting the person via messages, the person proceeded to delete their entire account. Needless to say, I took it to another level of full investigation. LE was able to pinpoint an exact apt number to the IP address of the location where the post was written. Subsequently, I received printed out information of the person responsible. Easy.
