This is the most unattractive back pedaling I have ever seen. I am not sure I have any faith in the OSBI investigating any of the crimes that occurred prior to the death of the suspect . I am also pretty sure they will not investigate crimes that have not been reported. So I think we need to see some civil action where ever it can get airtime ..IMO.. They knew and know there is a liability somewhere close.IMO..

OSBI Returns To Jesse McFadden's Home In Henryetta (newson6.com)
The OSBI is collecting more evidence from the Henryetta property where a convicted sex offender shot six people, including teens and his wife, then killed himself.

This comes after Governor Stitt said he has concerns about the investigation.

Investigators moved in and out of the McFadden house appearing to gather more evidence on the case.

There was a U-Haul and an OSBI Mobile Analysis truck where they took those items from inside the house.

Family members expressed concern there could be graphic videos convicted rapist Jesse McFadden made before killing everyone. However, investigators say they’re not aware of such videos.

On Saturday, Ivy Webster’s family attorney issued the following statement:

“As attorney for the Ivy Webster family I have received confirmation that the investigation involving the contents within the house & the forensic investigation of all electronic devices discovered by the family has been turned back over to the OSBI.”

Quick question . Why are they collecting evidence ? Evidence of what ?
Not trying to be 'that' person but..what investigation? I know what they should be looking for ,but they seem lost. They do not have a clue ,why these families are mad ,they thought they could tell them to go home and wash the blood of the rugs and move on . It is real gross y'all.

i would think there should be due diligence regarding potentially electronic evidence of other victims like if he recorded things or shared/sold recorded things of known or unknown victims

Right ,we all did . That is not what happened until A huge percentage of a small portion of people saw the video on the news.
They know this guy has a history of electronic child *advertiser censored*, That is a warrant with probable cause. However they ..um..opted out?
we got two missing girls.
Holy hll we got 7 dead people ..
Game over.

No no child *advertiser censored* to discover here.
We did not see it!
This was a simple case of family annihilation ,to be blamed on a lying sex offender.
No other victims they found evidence of ..

There’s also an excavator coming from the back of the property.

oh lort, if another body is found the black eyes to the local LE are going to be numerous and long lasting.

Has anyone looked to see if there are any missing young women in the area?

That’s OK; the blue clicky part works flawlessly regardless of how weird it looks.
 
I sure hope the the malfeasance done by this PD isn't because of who the victims are - that maybe they were from, for instance, families that had bad reputations in the community, so, yanno, so what if they were victimized? Sorry, nobody is that bad of a person (except maybe for that one guy who was gunned down in Missouri about 40 years ago).

A "disturbance"? That's concerning. Like killing 6 innocent people wasn't enough for him? JMO that there could be more. Sounds like something is/was buried there. Might be a body(s) or something he (obviously) didn't want anyone to find. HDs with vid maybe?

Wouldn't it be insane if they uncovered evidence from other crimes, committed by other people, and he had nothing to do with them? Considering all the insane things associated with this case, and other cases in the region, that wouldn't surprise me either.

I thought the exact same thing, someone, somewhere could be peeing their pants over a piece of evidence they threw in the pond and never ever thought it would be found!
