Outburst during JS hearing!

I, too am curious about the man in black. I first thought it could have been JB, but he was in the courtroom. I thought it could have been the officer mentioned above. I felt really badly for HHJBP having to deal with this mess but I am glad he sent a message.
As far as the spectator, I believe given the description of how she entered the courtroom, her actions, slamming her purse down and hitting a reporter in th arm with it, taking off her shoes, fluffing her hair (reminded me of JW) she came to that courtroom to be seen. I can't believe anything she said to the judge, all I have are her actions and her actions say she was gussied up for the cameras.
She came to this courtroom to be seen and heard.

When I step away from here, something always happens...:maddening:

When I caught this on InSession, I immediately thought JW...that is was her...:giggle: Until I saw her being escorted out...I believe the court officers need to be more aware of the spectators body language...she came in agitated...so why didn't they eye her more carefully? These CO's seem more on top of ICA than the OCCO's are...she has little room to breath in Pinellas County courtroom...I do hope this doesn't happen during trial or a mistrial can be declared...Anyone who truly wants justice for Caylee, should not disrupt courtroom proceedings...I hope no one does try this during trial...JMHO

And I have walked into courtrooms I had no business in - in NM, NY and Texas ... in NY while our family friend who was murdered trial was going on if things were in recess we would often go hang and listen to other cases/issues .... In NM I worked for a property managment co and was their rep at all evictions and there too I could waste time waiting in any old courtroom and here in Texas while at the ready to testify in a friends divorce I was again able to go into any room in the building.

I thought it was our civic right to have open access to the justice system? Once you are through the metal detectors and wanding folks at the main doors you can wander freely - at least this was my experience in every state I have lived.

Curious to see another mention of this woman being released.

I agree. This woman claimed that she'd never been in a courtroom before and wanted to see what it was like (well, giving her the benefit of the doubt, maybe she meant a DP hearing) yet she then claimed to have been in another courtroom prior to coming into ICA's hearing. Later we find out she's had multiple arrests, which would mean she's been in court before.

It was crocodile tears. MOO

A post or two above says she's already out? How? I thought she was sentenced to two days? Did I miss something?

And don't you know, she already knew that? She turned to her PD and asked, again with no problems speaking, "What time will I be out tomorrow?"

She placed herself in that courtroom. Her laundry list of woes, beginning with "I'm mentally challenged," gave me pause. And if I were hearing her correctly, she said she was there to make sure she could see her fiance. Had been in courtroom R for his domestic hearing, arraignment? Am I correct about this? That must have been emotionally brutal, yet her makeup showed no signs of ruination, the way it did when she gave that remarkable performance in front of HHJBP.
I guess I just don't believe one word she said.

There's already a spoof report of this incident yesterday, on the WFTV site- only in place of ER they have inserted a photo of CA and the outburst was "It smells like a dead body in here".
I was wondering how long it would take...

Thank you so much for the link..It really doesn't matter in the grand scheme of things..just thought she would have to abide by the 2-day sentence..

Convicted spend 2/3 of their time...she had to be let out within hours..this is a contempt charge....two days is really not alot of time...I just hope she had her child covered...JMHO

You know, I think I'm going to have to change my opinion from what I said yesterday. I spoke before I saw the video of her, and her loooooong rap sheet of battery and drug possession. She may be mentally ill, but she sure as heck has been in the system before, which contradicts what she claims. I don't really think she was a DT plant, but I do think she is a classless society member who thought she could get away heckling ICA in court and then beg her way out of it by pretending to not be able to breath. "I didn't know!" Yeah, right. You knew lady. I lost a bit of sympathy for her once I knew the facts.

I'm not smart enough to judge the genuineness of ER's outburst or contrition. I am smart enough, though, to realize that her child is probably at risk and pray his safety is being closely tracked by some CPS-type agency, family and friends.

If we have learned nothing else from the Anthony family, we should have learned to be able to identify and help prevent what happened to Caylee from happening to any other innocent children. :cow:

I agree.. everyone is so sorry for her but those sobs just didnt work for me, ill or not, she twanged my bells. That's the kind of crying that sounds totally phony to me the air gulp sobs.... little kids cry like that when they are over tired , not grown women. She got a couple days in jail ... woo... but she gained notoriety, and the press coverage is overdone on this stuff. I hope whoever set this up paid her well.

Didn't work for me, either. I've seen this act before, in a courtroom, all the air gulps, shaking, etc. Sadly, it worked on the jury. My bells got twanged, too.

HHJBP asked her DOB for a reason. I don't think anything gets past this judge.

Didn't work for me either. I would have had been happy with the 170+ days. Especially after seeing her mugshot and she is smiling? I also hope someone is keeping and eye on her baby. She says she has been in an abusive relationship for 2 years and was in court because of a domestic issue with her boyfriend. If he is abusive towards her there is a good chance he could be abusive towards the baby... and if he isn't, the baby should not have to witness abuse towards his mother. Hope DCF is at her house today.

I am so mad at this woman that I hope Judge Perry makes an example of her and sends her to jail! What is wrong with her? She does look familiar though. Kinda like that one woman that got into a fight with Cindy outside the house. The one where the little boys arm got slammed in the door.

I thought she looked familiar too...

I re-watched the video of that incident and I am 99.9% it was not her. I don't know about the other protestors? She does look familiar though.

yesterday would be day one and after midnight would be considered day 2. So, she served her 2 days. Have to count in jail days which are different than regular days. Any part of a day spent in jail is considered a day.
To those that think she looks familiar, I concur but can't put my finger on it.
