The prosecution requests a 30 year sentence for #JoranvanderSloot


#JoranvanderSloot is standing while the prosecutor gives his opening statement.

#JoranvanderSloot is requesting for the prosecutor to speak slowly because he is having a hard time understanding.

The prosecutor wants to introduce new evidence including an overheard conversation b/w #JoranvanderSloot and Stephany Flores.

I get that same impression. He's still so arrogant that he thinks he can control this too.

He's had more than enough time to reflect on the consequences, but on the bright side, the court approving the request for the extension now helps avoid any appeals that he wasn't given a fair trial.
