well being misty is tommy's sis, surely he would more likely than not know her friends, i know my brothers do. we also have another connecting dot to tommy, misty amber and nay besides mutual acquaintances, the timing of the questionings for nay nay and amber immediately following tommy and lindsays questioning after his arrest. that's what's been nagging at me, why these two gals? the myspace comment would have made many a women angry, i would have been if the shoes were on the other foot.

dunno, i see amber as having motive for the myspace comment, her possible child with ron and having been with ron right up to his relationship with misty. hell hath no fury like a woman scorned. only thing i have a problem with is amber having access to misty and the home.

For certain we know they questioned Tommy, his wife and Kristina Brooks aka Nay Nay, as of yet we don't know who else they talked too. For days rumors about the search and what they were doing or not doing till it was confirmed by the sheriff,this morning, the search is Haleigh related. They are draining the large pond and it will probably be Monday before it's drained, if not longer.

does anyone besides me find it odd the two men and a woman escorting nay nay into headquarters? Looks like a serious walk to a serious interview room. Could it have been done to intimidate her into talking? Show of force?

Sorry, I didn't see the video. I only saw this picture which she did not appear to be handcuffed. I guess I was wrong. Glad to know she was being treated like an actual prisoner at this point.

thank you!!! I have been gone all day and I really appreciate this. If anyone wants to help a nurse out and give a quick rundown of what has happened today I would also sincerely appreciate it... I am always a reader of every single post of each case I follow.. but today well.. it was the day from h e double hockey sticks lol. I'll leave the posting for Tricia to one of our specialists, but some highlighted points to make in general.

1. After a long ill informed investigation throughout this entire 8 months since Haleigh disappeared, within the last 3 weeks the case has taken on an encouraging pace of action towards some answers of what and where Haleigh is and whom may be responsible.

2. Out of these 8 months long, we now have arrests, interviews, re-interviews over and over with the same circle of players.

3. Croslin family members high tailing it out of town quickly, leaving Misty and Lindsay alone to deal with all this on that side of the family as they have stretched out from MA to Tennessee.

4. Lie detector, voice analysts, and media interviews of failures, lies, sex, drugs, arrests, assaults, marriage and Putnam County Sheriffs Office with a Sheriff Hardy not being a public spokesperson caring to give the family or public information as done in other similar cases.

5. A current water and drain search in progress with evidence already obtained with hopes of finding more and Haleigh. The pieces of the puzzle coming together moreso recently than during the entire case. Giving hope that it won't be much longer til Haleigh is found, brought home to her loved ones and those responsible to be brought to the light to face justice.

Hopefully Haleighs forum will stay on focus and members can enjoy the goodness websleuths has always had to offer. The recent progess is encouraging. God Bless.

Grandmother Sykes just within the last few hours gave an interview standing in her yard and invited the media inside of her home. To me, I don't believe this rumor because surely GGM Sykes would have said something, or at least appeared upset, anxious, distraught, emotional something. She was totally at peace talking about the search and LE not speaking or notifying them of anything. So evidentally, they haven't talked and communicated with LE in anyway til she drove out personally to the search site and asked questions.

Surely if they came and arrested Misty, they would have some type of info to report. Unless it was within the last two hours, after sykes interview. BTW Misty and Ron live with her

It was reported earlier today and was reported to be fiction, but about tonight...I can't verify the report. I can say she has not been arrested according to the PCSO website yet.
