Protestors ask State Atty to file charges against GA

IT IS THEIR HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If they want to stand outside and have a vigil, it is their right. People screaming at them is just plain disgusting. A peaceful protest would MAYBE be more acceptable, but the minute they step outside, people start to scream at them and antagonize them. It's absolutely childish and ridiculous.

But it doesn't matter how we feel about it. It goes back to the constitution.

They want their constitutional right to bond out their daughter, and others want their constitutional right to protest.

IMHO these folks just want things for them to go back to "normal" and normal for them seems to be never taking responsibility for their actions.

Why was LA on the Phone, Holding a Hammer, and trying to rip the sign out of the lady's hand. Why do they even engage these people. Right now I see no one out there, why don't they go fix the tape now.

Why are they not in Puerto Rico, Texas following up on leads they are taking money for a find Caylee fund, that is what they should be using it for. Beth Holloway went to Aruba and investigated, asked questions herself. They are doing 00000000.

They have a right to go outside and protect their home. People may have a right to protest, but to yell and scream and accuse without proof is just wrong.

Yes, let's not change the way it is. We have seen George and Cindy both outside with that hammer and the way they swing it around and carry on with it they are definitely using it for intimidation. Even Lee knew this, that's why he took it away from George.

:clap: Exactly! IMO the reporters and the protesters are on them like vultures the minute there is any movement on that property. I think it's disgusting. I too would probably react in the same way as the Anthonys.

No, the Anthonys are the ones attacking. The protesters have never placed a hand on any of them! But GA has, several times I might add. He has all the right in the world to shout back at them, give them the finger, heck, he could even moon them if he wanted to-but placing his hands on another person is a crime in the state of FL. You can't so much as spit on someone & it's battery.

I notice how George seems to be staying on his part of the yard and leaning way over to put his hands toward the little woman. He has to lean over to do and Lee just towers over her. I don't see why they don't have a chain link fence with a gate that goes across the driveway put around the front of their home if it's allowed.

She may have been on his property and a person does have the right to protect thier property but you cannot use UNREASONABLE FORCE. that looked like unreasonable force to me. and then him backing it with "you want a piece of me?" just makes her case even better.

I said "Shake a hammer" and yes, Cindy has done this. This can very easily be taken as a threat. Just as George shoving the protesters. He had no right to lay a hand on anyone. He had a hammer in his hand while he pushed protesters, the hammer right at the guy's face.

Casey knows what happened. Cindy and George are protecting Casey. Casey is telling one lie after another. Casey is the POI. George has a temper and IMO needs anger management.

How do you like being the one blamed for Caylee being dead? I don't like it when the real suspect is sitting inside an air conditioned home, being protected. They have continuously blamed the public instead of laying blame where it belongs.

But WHAT have the Anthony's been doing that is productive???? They sit in air conditioning while TOTAL STRANGERS are looking for Caylee. They go outside of their home to "fix" caution tape and hammer in signs. They sell videos and photos of Caylee so they can get Casey out of jail. They are rallying around a liar WHO KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED to Caylee but won't say anything. They have badmouthed TES and Tim Miller, and anyone else that is trying to look for Caylee while they do NOTHING!!!!!!! They are being accused of using Caylee's trust fund to profit themeselves. I mean come on!!!! I am glad I don't live in FL because I probably would have gotten arrested for doing something to both of them! jmo

I agree it's our right to protest however come on, they were egging him on not just peacefully protesting...and rewatch the video...if it was George A that did the shove, we'd all be up in arms that people are wasting tax money for something trival....imo this will go nowhere, because it's obvious the 'victims' were not in fear for their lives, tehy stayed there....

someone else said why put the tape up...uhm some of the pictures posted from the webcams showed protesters on their grass and all and up near the house on one of the threads, it was probably the only way to stop them short of an electric fence ;-) (just joking)...anyway hopefully things quiet down protestor wise and hopefully caylee is found soon...

I believe that they have brought this on themselves. They are not physically looking for their granddaughter. They simply tell others to do that and then when "others" finally convince GM to call TES, TES comes to look for THEIR granddaughter and they insult Tim Miller, who has been a lot kinder to them in light of their defamation of his character than I could have been.

Where are Caylee's rights?? These are simply victim's advocates IMHO. They want these people to take responsibility and make their daughter do the same.

These protesters and some on message boards are so fond of their rights but forget the A's and their neighbors have rights too. It is Casey's right to be out on bond, it is her right not to be compelled to talk and it is the Anthoney's right to be able to leave their home wihout hecklers that make crazy accusations about things they know nothing about. WHY are the protesters rights so important when they are denying those same rights to others? They are simply trouble makers and they are delibertly asking for trouble and cry like babies when they get it.

I posted this last night on Are the Protestors Trespassing thread. And then this is all I have to say about this topic and I find it silly that there are 2 threads arguing who is in the right here. Clearly George Anthony pushed one of the protestors due to eye witness accounts. If he did, he should be charged with assult, it's as easy as that. It's my opinion that the Anthony's have brought this on themselves. READ:

Why did LA try to rip the sign out of her hand in the street? The sign must have hit home. If they are in your yard call the Police and press charges for trespassing. Weilding a hammer and threatning someone is absolutly rediculous.

What about Caylee's rights? It's Caey's RIGHT to not be compelled to talk about what the heck happened to her child??? Are you serious? And it isn't their right to not be heckled. Can you point me to that law that protects them from hecklers? The only person who has been denied rights here is that beautiful little girl who was discarded like garbage by this entire family IMHO.
