2..I think KA may have cholorformed AH so she could snoop for her $$$ & then blame it on the sleepwalking..Do we know if this sleepwalking (supposedly) began before OR after she met KA?

The sleepwalking would have happened after she met Casey, since it was when Amy's money went missing, shortly before her trip to Puerto Rico.

OR, Casey placed the bag of garbage from Tony's apartment in the trunk in her plan to get herself "kidnapped" and then thinking when the cops found the car at AMSCOT with her purse on the front seat along with the smell of decomp, cops might think that Casey and Caylee must both be dead and Tony could have been the one to have done it.

In the meantime, Casey would be in California with the Marine guy she had been talking to.

Wow! great theory, now that we know it was AL's trash in the car!- I think, from her messages just released, that although she "loved" AL, she knew he wasn't ready for a commitment, and that may have pissed her off, making him the perfect candidate to frame for her & Caylee's "disappearance". And she was working on several guys as backups for when her relationship with AL was over, including California guy. I think she may have had multiple backup plans, but when CA found her, and she got locked into the "Caylee's with the babysitter" (cos she had already been telling CA that's where Caylee was), she just stuck with that one explaination.

This may have been brought up before, but here goes....

KC had two flat t1res -Her & friends tried to use her spare and a friend"s, but friend"s wouldn't fit- she drove car for a bit on rim, chewed up tire and rim- car was towed to A's house and GA replaced tires..........did he also replace the spare?? Any chance he bought the tires at JCP??? Receipt shows how many tires he bought- one, using new tire and spare -two, using both new tires, no spare - three, two replacement tires and a spare?

I haven't seen any mention as to whether or not there was a spare tire in the trunk wheel well - but the stain that GA talks about was on the trunk floor, above the wheel well. I think KC put Caylee's body in the wheel well, hidden under the carpet, probably in soft material bag. Explains how she could drive around a little without worrying that someone would see the body or a suspicous bundle in the trunk. The bag would have leaked decomp fluids below and above if carpet was pressed down on the bag, creating the stain. Fluids in the well and the carpet would have created the horrible stench, even after she removed and desposed of the body. I totally see KC being too lazy to actually clean it up, or at least clean it well enough to remove all of the evidence. If only a small amount of decomp there, would have taken a while to get overpowering, like when picked up at the tow yard. I think when she didn't want GA to see in the trunk, she knew he would notice the stain, since he was all about cleaning and detailing the cars, not because the smell was that bad at that point. No mention that I can find, as to whether anyone- GA, CA, LA, actually looked in the wheel well. I'm sure LE CSI did when they took car, but what about before they got car? Any evidence of cleanup or tampering in that area? Can't find anything specific in released forensics...stuff they're holding back?

Since many of us suspect Caylee had been in the trunk on more than one occasion (Drugged), does anyone know if LE found Caylee's fingers prints inside the trunk...such as on the interior of the trunk lid....or any other metal/plastic parts within the trunk? I can understand if they were on the very outside edge...but anything deep interior, well that would be highly suspicious. Just wondering.

I would think that when George was busy cleaning out the car and the trunk of the car, he would have wiped every surface down with a cleaning fluid like 409 or Lysol or Mr Clean or something similar. If he was such a detailing car nut like was posted before, he no doubt had every car care cleaning product ever made and would have tried them all in an effort to get rid of the decomp smell.
Wasn't it posted somewhere that George stated that the "evidence would come back inconclusive at best"? (due to his clean up of the car)
Seems like something only a former cop would say IMO.


If you think about it, GA and CA had to have known how their daughter was in her behavior. At the tow yard, GA was really worried that either Caylee or Casey or both were supposedly in the trunk because of the smell.
So, after the tow driver and George open the trunk and see no body/ies and George drives the car home, him and Cindy still don't know where Casey or the baby is. WHY would he have started to clean that car if he still had no idea where Casey was????
One would think that George would have immediately called the police and they could have taken it from there to find Casey and the child both.
But NO, George starts cleaning the trunk up.
I take this to mean that both George and Cindy knew that Casey was still alive and the baby was not.

Does anyone know if forensic tests were done to the detergent bottle that GA says was in the trunk? If so, i have not heard. I am just curious as a detergent bottle would possibly be an ideal container to mix and store chloroform. Plus the test report a pretty high level of chloroform in the trunk so I would assume it would more then a wash cloth amount. I would think that it has been tested but I don't know why it's not ruled out in the forensics reports...unless I am missing it?

Can I get an explanation of what Amscot is?

CA/GA have a bank account. Reading the latest docs dump, CA had check cashing privileges at Amscot. Why? if she has a bank account.

Does anyone know where KC and LA have bank accounts? I did see in the doc dump that KC applied as "JG spouse" to Amscot.

So it is normal for residents of Orlando to use these types (Amscot) for check cashing services. Here where I live, the grocery stores cash paychecks and people use 7-11 for money orders. Nothing of the sorts such as Amscots, that I know of.

In Orlando these places are used for short term loans, mostly. My step daughter gets a cash advance there every week. It tells me Cindy was strapped for cash and getting cash advances. I wondered if Casey used her account there without Cindy knowing. People with good credit use cc or banks.

OHhhhhhh ...... see, I am so out of touch with that stuff. We call them PayDay Loans here. They are the lowest of loan sharks here charging up to 300% interest. You use your car title to "borrow" funds. I have never been into one and only know what I read and hear about in the news. We have numerous military bases and they are right outside the main gates. They trying to get them shut down or put limits on interest rates.

I agree, CA was strapped for cash.

By looking at the pings on the 15th, it looks like kc was at her parents house in the early AM and ran off and went to TL's as her mom left for the nursing home (verified by epass) which was about 9:20am.

I feel silly asking this, as I have been following everything pretty closely, but - do we know where KC spent the night of the 15th? I know CA said she tucked them in, but I can't find any reference to what AL said about that night. There is no corroborating evidence of where she and Caylee actually slept?

I couldn't make it out, but was wondering if anyone else could. It would be helpful to pinpoint the date on this receipt to maybe get a better understanding of the timeframe for KC removing the trash from TL's apartment. TIA

george saw the pizz box, he did not opne the box - the trash was thrown over the fence by the wrecker guy. When Cindy smelled the scent - George told her about the garbage and pizza box, he notes that when Cindy doubts that it was pizza she would ask him "it was the pizza right george?" and for his wife's sake he agrees.

IMO that is how I took his statement to mean.

I just read the article how local orlando stations may be interrupted during the trial and was wondering for people that cant access it on the web if court tv would cover it?

What time did Cindy make those 911 calls?

Check OCSO (?) I believe we were able to come up with the times for 2 of the calls and surmised when the 3rd one was made. Search on the boards. There was a lot of discussion early on.

Thanks for replying! Sketchy at best IMO. I haven't heard that info from any other source, but it seems to be accepted as fact. I suppose with so much info, after a while it just gets hard to separate fact from fiction. :bang:

Hi PM; As far as I recall Kio asked Casey if she would be interested in adopting her baby. Casey said she would think about it, then later said her mom wouldn't allow her to adopt. Jesse said in a statement that he suggested to Casey of putting the baby up for adoption, because he didn't feel they were ready to take on the responsibilities. He said Casey was very against that idea, and firmly said no. I don't think she ever mentioned to anyone that she wanted to.

Is it really impossible to search a dump? I know many times bodies have been found at dumps, it doesnt seem to me like it would be impossible. Of course, what do I know. But I dont know that if I were Casey and I had put her in a dumpster that I would be so confident that she would never be found.
