When something is filed with the county clerk, it then becomes public record and is thus 'released'.

The prosecution (and defense) may withhold documents and evidence from being filed. In other words, they do not have to file everything with the clerk of courts. That is why we aren't seeing certain records such as the Annie interview.

And it's my understanding that the 'other' side, in this case the defense, are not privy to anything until it is filed with the county Clerk of Courts.

Tho I do believe that everything must be made available to the defense (or, other side) at a certain point before the trial. Not real sure about that tho, or when that certain point might be.

Thank you very much for that info. It is interesting to wonder what's in those that are being withheld and at what point they have to turn them over to the defense.

In one the interviews GA said that there had been a rash of gasoline can thefts in the neighborhood around the time his were missing:

If true, I wonder if KC was the neighborhood thief?

WOW, good one! Gas was very expensive also at that time! KC is a theif, proven.

Nope...just speculation...and knowing how fond George is of detailing the cars on a weekly basis.

Thanks, I was feeling confused (a typical reaction whenever I try to sort out the facts in this case) LOL

If George did scrub down the trunk, he would have had to use something that dried quickly or else the liner would have been damp. Right? It's really humid in Fla., although I guess he could have put a fan in the trunk to speed up drying.

Casey has been stealing from her mom and others so efficiently and for a while. What if
Casey caught Daddy on line doing his thing, whatever that was, and he taught her how to do it to keep her quiet? She had to learn this stuff somehow. This secret could have grown into other things, if you get my drift! (I pray it's not so!) But, GA claims he was giving her $20 here and $20 there. Why if she was working? Paying for her gas, oil changes, etc.
So what if these things did happen and got out of control and KC gets pregnant?
KC is afraid to tell Mom. Of course Dad will deny. Seven months later KC has no choice but to tell Mom. Mom doesn't believe her that it Dad, but Mom has doubts now and KC reveals Dad gambling or whatever, and Mom goes off on Dad. Mom throws Dad out, Dad eventually wanting to only shake Mom up, files for divorce, knowing he'll never go through with it, he has no money, no job, not giving up a good thing. Mom finds out Dad will get half of what she has left and takes him back only to try to get him to help out financially for the baby and KC's expenses.
Baby is born and since Dad is the Dad, Mom CA, thinks she should be the MOm, and bingo, the baby war begins!
KC now feels betrayed by Dad and MOm, and now they give al their attention to baby.
KC builds revenge in her mind, and starts to look for way to get even with both of them.
Hence, the searches on the PC.
I wonder if the searches were for killing Mom and blaming Dad?
She didn't need to look for breaking necks to kill a little child. Drug Mom, break her neck, blame Dad. Child had to be killed, too much trouble and never should have been born.
She pretended to be a good mother, on the outside of the house, and around the parents, so as not to lose her roof and source of income. Gladly left child with parents whenever she could. Child was more like a pesty little sister to her.
CA fell in love with the child and thought of herself as Mommy and not GMommy.
Everyone has been living a lie, and is terrified of the truth coming out. It would ruin a happy family persona. In their minds only!

Recalling, Cindy wanted to commit suicide. The ultimate betrayal !
Also, George wanted to commit suicide. The ultimate guilt !
KC, never wanted to commit suicide. Too much to live for ! Partying !

LA, hiding out from guilt of hanky-panky with little sis.

How else, does a grown Homicide Detective, who is use to giving orders, busting criminals, go from big bad guy, to wimp, tiptoeing around daughter, and answering to wifey. No say over what his daughter is doing? Wifey holds something big over Daddy's head.
Kc hates Daddy. Talks to him with the filthiest of mouths. Has to be a reason, and he lets her ! What decent father would tolerate that?

My dad never laid a hand on any of his many children, but, my sister and I never said even in front of my dad his entire life, because we knew no matter how old we were, he would probably smack us in the mouth for uttering a curse word. It was just not allowed in our home and we all respected that, and our parents.

There is no respect in this family whatsoever. What a HUGE shame. Nice looking family, a TOTAL WASTE !!!!!!

I could be wrong, but I THINK D is a friend of the Lake Vag boys. There wasn't much to the texts, they were a little weird, though. Mainly they went back and forth about the mutual crush thing they had going on, but *sigh* C is with TL now...more proof of her "man-eating" ways, IMO.

I have a question.

Actually two.

1.) How many times do you think KC moved Caylee's body? There are 3 hits in the backyard, one in the trunk and then a final resting place or are there more? I don't think the hits in the backyard were Caylee's body, I think she may have been hiding evidence that had the decomp smell on it or in it, but she may have been in the backyard at one point.

2.) Does anyone think that in all the interviews or statements by KC, she may have said where she put Caylee by dropping the street name or place?

From what I have read from some of the FBI links here, most people get rid of a body on a familiar route or do it close to home as they don't have time to hid the body. She shows us this clearly in moving the body, this was not planned for, but she did say "close to home" and that haunts me.

I believe he's the one who took the Fusion nightclub pics on June 21st.
And since the A's claim those pics were taken long before then (so it wouldn't seem as if Casey was out partying while Caylee was missing), he'll probably have to testify as to the dates he took the pictures. IMO.

Based on the just released OCSO report by the lead investigator, the attorney that alledgedly prepared the papers giving Cindy Amthony sole custody of Caylee if Casey dies, has "no file record of who the father is?" Does this seem strange to anyone? Or does OCSO know and is not releasing it because it may impact the immediate Anthony family? The entry in the case report is very minimal and does contain any proof or disproof of the event or identify the father. Seems to me that would be a very important piece of information is one were looking for someone who might have a reason to abduct the child.

Also the references to Cindy's brother observations of he pregnancy at his wedding where Cindy denied the pregnancy, further obscures the father.

Anyone have any further here?

I think it was a one-night stand, and Casey probably doesn't even know the guy's last name. But in order to keep herself from looking like a sl*t, she made up the story about the father dying in an accident a few years ago.

I know, what an idiotic thing from them to say!! "She wasn't out strip pole dancing when Caylee was missing, just when she was pregnant with her!" :bang: Then again, what else can we expect from these people?

And on top of that, don't you have to be 21 to get into nightclubs in Florida?? Casey was 18 and 19 when she was pregnant. So just another lie they spouted off without really thinking about it.

Maybe that is why she claimed to have a personal cell phone and a "work cell" when she was not "visibly" employed. Match that wit her searches for "escort services" may explian where her money came from to live when she was not stealing it from her relatives.

The first problem in searching a dump is where to look in the dump. Most landfulls are just huge. If it is a known fact that a body was put in a cetain dumpster on a certain day, then there is a possibility of locating that particular area and searching it. But in this case, it is not even known if her body was put in a dumpster (but I personally think it was) and if it was which dumpster was it put in. Somewhere on this forum someone posted a wonderful piece about how landfills work, etc. and it really gave you all the details, wish I could remember where it was. It all comes down to 'where and in what dumpster' and remember we are talking at least 31 days after the fact. So, searching an entire landfill is simply out of the question.

Something else that I found interesting was that TL stated that the trash bag in the trunk came from his kitchen. The only trash bag in the trunk was the one that the tow truck driver tossed in the dumpster. So I am assumong that is the one he is referring to. WHY would Casey take Tony's trash and put it in her trunk? Even Tony wondered that.
