can't understand why my thread was moved to the "parking lot" when I have read a lot worse on this thread. But then again this isn't the same Websleuths I once knew that invited "thinking outside the box". If a note worthy news station reports allegations of possible sexual abuse suffered on part of Casey it should be allowed to be discussed just as possible alleged "sightings" of Caylee are being discussed even though we all know the possibility is slim.

Incest here could be the can of worms that rooted the evil seed in Casey, check out the parking lot incest thread.

2 reasons for moving it.
1. There was already a thread out there on the topic. Please search before posting topics..thanks.
2. It can be discussed a bit more freely out there with less moderation. Great place to think out of the box without having those pesky mods breathing down your neck.

We have specific reasons for doing things the way we do. No we are not the same WS. We are bigger, better, and getting more popular every day. We must being doing something right.

Ned, you can stop posting about this now and deal with the fact that we moved that particular thread in the parking lot for a reason.

I saw those old baby and child photos of Casey (not Caylee). If the defense thinks posting these might make people feel sorry for Casey, it didn't work with me. I took one look at Casey as a child and just thought, 'portrait of a murderer,' and I got a real creepy feeling looking at them. In one photo, there was Casey, around age eight or so, standing with Cindy and another woman, in front of the FL house where cadaver dogs would hit on human decomposition some fourteen years later.

I wish they would post more of those old photos, though. I don't know why, but I enjoyed seeing Cindy and George in their younger days with Casey and Lee as kids. I don't know, you just wish you could go back to that time and hope someone would do something differently and Caylee would not be dead.

I don't buy that. So it was him, Cindy and an empty plate? No way. I don't believe they even had a Thanksgiving this year. We know GA was out driving his KFN van around most of the day, anyway.

I don't believe it either, Janis. Did they also set one for KC? If they had really set up 2 empty placesettings, I could see it, but just for Caylee? Nope, that was just to prime the sympathy pump!

I am still wondering how detailed the house was searched. It wasn't long ago that a preacher was hiding his missing wife and mother of his children in his freezer for over 2 years. Every time the garage door opens, there are all of those storage boxes and such. Casey was at the house on many days after Caylee vanished. She had items ,she had taken from the freezer, when she ditched the car. If Caylee is hidden in the house it would explain why she hasn't been found. Did law enforcement search the house,in every box , nook and cranny?? The truth and all of the Anthony's are strangers. Justice for Caylee is what we seek.

I've been wondering that same thing myself! To be honest, I wonder WHY he had a gun in the house to begin with. Was he afraid of Casey? Do we know for sure if GA was the person that called and reported that the gun was there?

So I'm wondering something...what happens if at trial KC and Baez say the explanation for everything is that Caylee died due to an accident, then KC freaked and got rid of her body. That scenario justifies a not guilty plea to murder, right? How would that situation be handled in a trial?

I know they could have just said that already, but maybe there's some tactic to waiting until trial. Anyone got any insights on this?

She would still be guilty of felony mishandling of a body.She would still spend time in jail.It would be hard to explain her lack of emotion. It would be criminal of Baez to continue the rouse of searching for her and to say he believes Caylee will be found alive. I don't believe she will confess because she created a fantasy world in which she did no wrong...just went to work as usual..then to go pick her up at the her much trusted Nanny's house, She can't face the fact that Caylee is gone and she is responsible.lies and more lies

Sooo, while I'm not suggesting that she necessarily wrote something on a piece of paper and hid it, I think that the whole "message" of that last verse is telling. Just wanted to share with all the smart minds on here!

I too am wondering why the big spectacle of searching the trunk and the wheel well of the car since we know the gun was located in the house.

I assume he was afraid of KC, the protesters, maybe some thugs we aren't aware of yet?:waitasec: I doubt he is the one who called it in, I think the cops knew right away when he bought the gun.

What's with this family and the number of instances involving wheel wells? GA needs to get something out of KC's trunk, he really tightens down the wheel well, then the cops come looking for something maybe forensic evidence in GA's car? TL breaks the shed lock with a tire iron..do you store a tire iron in a wheel well? Where is that tire iron? Did TL use KC's tire iron, or his own, or someone elses? Where is the tire iron TL used? I think this family hides everything in their trunks and wheel wells. HINKY!

If the gun was in the house (which I haven't seen yet), what did they take out of his car? IIRC, we had many pages of discussion on the photograph taken during that search that showed what appeared to be a teddy bear. Many thought it was simply the hand of the deputy, but others disagreed. I don't remember if we ever decided what it was actually. It did appear that she had a flashlight in one hand while examining something else.

I have wondered why Cindy has made such a huge issue of the missing lanyard and where it went. Casey would have had access before she was arrested to hide it somewhere. Of course, Cindy is accusing LE of taking it. Interesting.

Really. Bottom line, I totally think that KC is just the type to "leave" a clue somewhere like that...writing on something would be perfect and it fits "her song".
It's so much to try and think back through all this with a new theory or bit of a clue. It's like trying to walk through quicksand :crazy:

My take on this is this was back when Cindy was still trying to convince everyone Casey did really work for Universal, LE had it all wrong, and so they stole Casey's work ID to back up THEIR contention Casey was unemployed.
