Whatd He say about Lucas absence?
He is talking about interpreting the painting on the door using Tsuida's statement that they concluded that "Rebecca likely painted the message on the door." So many people have gone on for years about what this message means. IMO the only one who can tell us exactly what that message meant is AS.
Didnt need him because another expert ME would back up his report and Dr Wecht said it was a good report, too - not verbatim
:silly:He said that the defense decided it would be better to get an independent ME to give a view /an opinion for the jury...

wouldn't it be better for the defense if they called Lucas to testify and than another ME to back him up? that is what i would be thinking if i was a juror. in my opinion it might have been better to not even mention lucas in closing arguments to not bring attention to it, for the defense.
The defense set it up so that AS could give her a shout-out from the stand, and then Webb tried to give her another howdy-doo yesterday, which Greer objected to, and the judge sustained his objection.
If I'm a juror, I'm thinking this is some very weird stuff.

Webb telling court why Dr. Lucas was not called.
Good point!!I am thinking this opened the door for Greer to discuss ME Lucas and his absence(S) in the rebuttal.
