To my ears, this testimony is only serving to condemn her. I mean, seriously, WHO writes this kind of stuff into a "real" journal? Hopefully, this jury can see through this BS.

From Juan's brilliant closing..."There's nothing, absolutely nothing, important about that as it applies to the killing other than to try to manipulate you, try to shock and you say, 'Oh my gosh, look at this guy, he wants to kiss her and he wants to do other sexual things that other people do in their private lives. And he doesn't want to talk about it for God's sake, and he doesn't want people to know what it is that they're doing.' Why would he want anybody to know what he is doing sexually with her? Is that something that this is courteous in this society to do? It's just the opposite, but she has turned the world sideways for you to look at that in an attempt to manipulate you."
