Okay, so …
Prosecutorial misconduct did not happen:
1) The State did not intentionally wipe files from TA’s computer (proven in earlier testimony by the DT’s own witness)
2) The State originally testified there was not *advertiser censored* on TA’s computer because a) the technology at the time might not have found it; and b) the State wasn’t really looking for it at the time the State first analyzed TA’s hard drive (DT’s Dworkin didn’t find it either)
3) The mountains of *advertiser censored* allegedly found by BN largely resulted from Spybot immunizing the computer

JA’s testimony that TA into children disproven:
1) No chorn found on TA’s computer, not even close
2) If anything, TA (or someone with access to the computer) visited sites with pop ups for adult, hetero *advertiser censored*
3) The single directed link to a *advertiser censored* site 1) displayed titles of videos of interest to adult, hetero males; and 2) resulted from clicking a link, not from a purposeful search

End of fracking story, yes? The rest (dating sites, did TA play the videos, the other thumbnails) leads nowhere toward mitigation. More attempted victim trashing.

This trash-a-thon of the victim is sickening and disgusting.

Can spybot, search & destroy, or any one of these softwares add history to the cookie registry? #jodiarias

"No, internet explorer records history in a separate part on the registry." #jodiarias

Motion to preclude Detective Smith's testimony has not been ruled on yet. #JodiArias

Personally, unless he has a Juanderful bombshell up his sleeve, I don't think his testimony is needed. Done deal IMO.

I was just thinking the same NP. Maybe he does have a bombshell. Juan doesn't strike me as an attorney who belabors points ad nauseum.

yes I did, but it didn't work. I've had to reload Pale Moon with Google as my search engine and it says s it's an untrusted site. I'm not sure if I need to take reload? it again from my restore point? that e is on a thumbdrive. The one I have now on my laptop is the one created yesterday. anyway I think I got the virus in here on alink or something. Only place I've been

1. DO you have more than one restore point?

2. Is Blue Moon download from a safe site? Is it a safe program?

3. If Blue Moon is only used to skin your browser, there are plenty available for FF.

I really don't think JA was remotely accessing TA's computer. She is not a professional hacker. Nor was that a real situation back in 2008 as much as it might be today.

It appears that JA had access to his passwords. On sites that are hosted on the internet, not actually on his computer. Anyone can access other people's social media and email if they have the passwords. No remote access to the computer required. We have no idea if TA just used the same password for everything assuming that no one was going to be doing anything negative to him. Apparently the Hughes had his password for email. Don't know why but apparently they did. Perhaps because he was just that passive about stuff like that. Trusted everyone and couldn't see what people could or would do with that info. He had nothing to hide. JA was a whole new level of intrusion that he never really understood I don't think.

MOO

BBM- I wondered if he was at their house upset about the newest email Jodi had sent him. They were interested in reading it. So, instead of going to the computer himself and signing in, he just gave his password to them to look at it. MOO

However, I agree he had nothing to hide.

It was in front of the jury, and even the mention of that day still makes me feel literally sick to my stomach.

That was a totally weird day even for this case. They were first arguing about the prosecutorial misconduct without the jury being present. Then all of a sudden the jury is herded back in to hear the rest of it.

To this day I do not know how that became a part of the actual phase of this trial. Bizarre doesn't even cover it. But then I have never seen a Judge let anyone get away with saying a prosecutor is a liar either right in front of the jury. And it has never been proven that Juan lied about anything. Yet the claim of prosecutorial misconduct was in for them to consider when it had nothing to do with mitigation. The thing that ticks me off the most is JA never testified to seeing any *advertiser censored* of any kind on his computer. So it wasn't even a material fact in the case to begin with. Yet we have been knee deep in the tall weeds about nothing.

This is why I have become so exasperated with JSS at times. She makes it just as hard as she can on Juan. He not only has to deal with the DTs underhanded shenanigans constantly but has to fight for his good name right in front of the jury all at the same time.

IMO

And it might have been a bait and switch by Juan. :)

I think some live to make something out of nothing.

That would be like me being offended if someone stood up and sang in front of me 'Way Down South in Dixie' or "The Devil went down to Georgia' because I happen to be a southerner.

I have always thought that song was so cute and have heard 'La Cucaracha' sung many times by Hispanics.

I honestly don't get how a song can be considered racist.

Racist?

No, but it is entomologist.

An English translation of La Cucaracha (The Cockroach):

(Chorus)
The cockroach, the cockroach,
Can't walk anymore
Because it doesn't have,
Because it's missing
Two little back legs.

People they say the cockroach
Is a very small animal
And when it gets into a house,
It'll soon be the master of it all.

(Chorus)

When a boy loves a girl
And she doesn't love him back
It's the same as if a bald man
Finds a comb on the railroad track*.

(Chorus)

My neighbor across the street
Had Lady Claire as her name
And if she hadn't died
She still would be called the same.

(Chorus)

When Rita was bathing
In the San Fernando River
The cockroach stung her
But she kept on swimming.

(Chorus)

So the person who sang and danced when MDLR was talking with BK & Kiefer posted pics to her FB account. Kieffer wearing a black tie with neon colored skulls is not the same man in the pic with MDLR. BK in black pants and teal blue top, unknown man wearing tan pants/blue shirt, and MDLR sporting
1) a 4" high hairbump
2) teal blue dress with a black undershirt (to cover the ta-ta's)
3) black jacket
4) gap shopping bag (appears to be full)
5) what appears to be another article of clothing over her arm
6) large Louis Vuitton bag

Wonder if the State of AZ purchased that LV bag for her . . . . just few thousand bucks

ETA: I might have mispoke . . . I'm not sure if either man is Kieffer - just that there are 2 men in the pics. Off to look for a pic of MK.

I wanted to make some baby booties and typed in "how to make baby booties". I got so much *advertiser censored* you would not believe. My husband asked what was I looking for. I said baby booties. He just gave me that look. So I can see how innocently you could google things. My computer history is probably full of *advertiser censored*.

BBM. IIRC, the Hughes went to the ISP account admin (? not sure if I'm saying that right) for access to TA's account following his death, searching for clues. I don't THINK they had TA's PW.

See I don't speak Spanish although I have quite a few Hispanic friends who do and they sing this song quite a lot. I love to hear them sing it. I have also heard it in very nice restaurants when they come around to the table to sing.

I never even knew the translation and never really cared. I just like the song and music, period. It seems if it was racist at all then they wouldn't sing it.

LOL! Can you stand it?!!!! Now I have the tune in my head! How can they prove it was to MLDR?:silly:

OMG! Please someone, tell Kiefer that that is MDLR's cellphone ring! If anything, the serenade was an ode to a most fantastic Mitigation Specialist, right? (rolling eyes) When her phone, oh so professionally, went off in court last week didn't it play that tune?

If all of these pics and sites were accessed on June 1, 2008, it totally blows the Jekyl/Hyde theory again for the defense. JA wasn't even around to know of the access and they were 1000 miles apart.

No chorn, very little *advertiser censored*, no abuse = no T-Dog.

I have had enough of this *advertiser censored* testimony. Anybody with half a brain cell knows that there never was any child *advertiser censored*. If a juror is even questioning this *advertiser censored* issue then he/she is never going to vote for death. I hope Juan moves on. We've got other things to talk about...like the extreme cruelty of the crime.

Perversely, this entire [non-]mitigation phase underscores her cruelty to her victim's reputation and his survivors.

Is there anyone here who knows for real what the juror question meant?

Oh, and do any of us care whether MDLR was approached by a trial watcher and do we have to keep reading the lyrics the song?? Really?

Probably a fake Louis Vuitton. She dresses like a prozzie. It feels wrong to call her a Mitigation Specialist. She does nothing but gossip and fawn all over the defendant.
