I wholeheartedly agree! I don't care what kind of woman TM is, he married and had children with her. He made his choices, including having an affair and murdering a young woman. Unless I see evidence that TM held a gun to his head while he abetted her in the crime he gets no pass at all from me.

He is weak and pathetic. I hope no deal is needed and they both fry.

A deal might be best for the Elvis', so they can encapsulate the entire horrendous experience, find out where their daughter is and not have to wonder for the rest of their lives. It might even give them the opportunity to recover and give Heather a proper funeral. The memory will never go away, but it can be mentally filed under "concluded". If a deal is in the mix, I believe they will probably have input into said deal.

In the Chelsea King case, the deal for LWOP was approved by the family so that the perp would tell where the body of Amber Dubois, another of his victims, was located, and help Amber's family know what happened to their child.

I am so sick. Just sick as I think about these two horrible people killing this young lady with premeditation....all the while being furious with the Elvis family for searching relentlessly for their sweet girl.

I feel like throwing up. I think they should let Heather's daddy have a shot at them....one at a time. Just put him in a room with SM....then TM....and let him have a go. I think he could find justice in there somewhere.

In the warrant that I read about IE it says That "between the Dates of Dec. 17 and 18th, 2013 at the adress...that Sidney Moorer did willfully, maliciously, and indecently expose his person in a public place, on property of others, or in the view of any persons on the street or highway"

I don't see anywhere that says anyone was having sex. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I find it interesting the way LE played it. Charging with seemingly easy bail charges, getting their hopes up to bond out. Next hit them with something more serious, kidnapping, hmmmm, wonder what's going through their minds with new charges still pending. Then the biggie-murder. If that didn't wipe any smirks off faces nothing will.

Putting all charges together adds up to a sicker picture than I could have imagined esp when indecent exposure occurred-before, during or after.

In between all the sex in public and extramarital affairs and Disney blogs, these weren't very good and productive parents anyway. Bless the children, Lord, but they need decent parents who spend time with them...interacting and teaching them good morals.
Both TM and SM deserve the death penalty. Allow the children to mourn and start new lives with mentally healthy people.

I wish SM had someone on his side who could read him some posts here, ones asking for him to be a man for once. He started this, in whatever way he and Heather became involved, and he can end it by revealing what happened and if it is possible, to help located her body for burial. Maybe if he knew that some people feel he was "dominated" or "bullied" (even if not true) he could see his way to confessing and going for the sympathy angle. Does he have anyone close to him? I am thinking of how Mark Hackings' brothers were the ones to get a confession regarding the murder of his wife, Lori.

As of right now, before any more info comes out, in some way, TM seems the more monstrous of the two, to many, while he appears as a weak, bumbling and submissive fool (hey, women get off or get reduced sentences for "being afraid" of the man, it should work in reverse).

Now is the time, Sidney...you are the reason Heather is dead, whether or not you killed her, or your wife killed her, or you both did. But someone will come off as the "worst" one, IMO. May as well let it be TM, if it was her idea. She does not care if Heather is found but maybe you do.

I wouldn't pass. If it was my child they had murdered, I would tear them both from limb to limb....and I don't think a jury of my peers would convict me.

I would like to think I would be classy and offer forgiveness....but it would take a long time for me to get there.

I disagree, I think he is scared because he was caught and knows he is going to prison!!

Watching their social media sites and how they conducted themselves, I think those two convinced each other they were smarter than LE.

I'm not standing up for him in the least, but August 4 is the first date that SM's fb posts became public. I don't believe it was ever him posting from that day forward, but TM trying to send messages to Heather, and later to the public.

Hmm, direct evidence found at the scene. Any time an expert witness testifies to anything in the case, it becomes direct evidence.

I'm sorry, but that is simply not true. If someone actually witnessed a murder, and testifies to it under oath, that would be direct evidence. If a video shows a crime taking place, that would be direct evidence. But anything that requires an inference to connect a fact to a crime -- however reasonable that inference may be -- is circumstantial. So, any blood/dna/fingerprint/ballistics evidence is in itself circumstantial, albeit very compelling.

'Circumstantial evidence' is by no means weak evidence; it is the basis for how most crimes are prosecuted, absent a direct witness.

So if the incident in the Wal-Mart parking lot is true, that I think it's possible Tammy was either plotting Heather's murder for a while <modsnip>. Because didn't Heather break it off with Sydney around October? If they stopped seeing each other between October and December, what made Tammy want to kill Heather?

I am as sad as the rest of y'all. All of this time, most had a glimmer of hope that she would be found alive. The last 100 or so hours have had to have been beyond cruel and brutal for her family and friends. As soon as LE searched the property and didn't find her being held there...all of that hope began to die in degrees. Now they are left with the reality that she will never come home again. Never hug them. Laugh with them. Share Holidays. Birthdays. It will never happen. Now all of that focus has to be about finding her remains (or what is left of them). I think that the Elvis family is so very brave. I am beyond disgusted by what TM and SM have both put her loved ones through. And they are continuing to to put them through hell. It is very disgusting that not one thought went to their three children as well while they were being selfish and criminal. Not one thought to those children. Their home is now a crime scene. Their lives as they knew it before Friday will be different. We are all hoping that their lives will be much better. But they lost both parents because both parents were disgustingly selfish and criminal. RIP Heather. May your parents be able to put you to rest.
