This is the best theory yet that I have heard in how she may have injured the finger. :floorlaugh:

Either that or she is just double jointed from birth or she hurt it herself and it was her own fault.

That Fickle Finger of Fate gives me nightmares. :floorlaugh:
 
I haven't caught up yet...but hold the presses!!! Patti, the one who received "threats", who couldn't testify in court because of these "threats", is now on JVM!!!!!!!!!!!! After Nurmi and JW filed papers today that the killer wants to postpone her "picture painting" (sentencing) until January 2014! Wow!! I better zip it. These people are so <unusual>.
 
Unless it just happened to already be wonky on June 4th, my opinion is that it was caused by the knife slipping. She definitely injured that finger that day (severed ligament?) given that her blood was mixed with his on that wall and she showed up bandaged at Ryan's.
 
I am turning off Dr. D forever!! Him and his panel have lost it. They "assume" the "threats" are credible, and Patti is now credible! Didn't Dr. D trash her before. Isn't he an addiction specialist? This morning, he was on another "show" spewing how the family should take DP off the table. Who cares what you, as a talking head think or want? Goodbye Dr. D...didn't like you in the first place, but you are the very reason cases like this end up being so messed up. Get your facts straight! Stop allowing the DT to play you like a fiddle. :furious:

Yeah, I forgot about the blood and that she had some sort of bandages on her hand when she showed up at Ryans. She always did have a knack for causing something herself and then blaming it on someone else.

Saw an interview clip tonight where she was asked why she didnt use some sort of mental defense and she said something like...."I dont know why THEY didnt go that route". Again blaming it on someone else, when we all know she probably had a huge part in how she chose the defense to go.

IMO, she never wanted to ever admit having any mental issues, but now that she lost the guilty phase, she is pulling out all stops and she is more willing to admit to being crazy if it can get her off somehow or get her into a more cushy place.
 
FYI - the "threatened" Juror #18 will be on Dr. D on Monday. UGH!! This is so frustrating. His 15 minutes is UP! Go away.

Buuut...this case brings out a lot of ugly in ppl that you never knew exisited. If they choose not.to have a thread those who want to discuss it will find somewhere to talk about it I am sure

I realize this isn't their first rodeo, and are quite capable of taking care of their interests. That is not what I said. Nor is this my first rodeo either. I have been around since the JonBenet case started, but using a different name because at that time I could only post from work.

So, I don't understand your statement.

I usually just watch them around the holidays. I just like the Hallmark-type of Christmas fluff that gets you in the spirit while you're baking and decorating. :smile: But I will definitely be watching this one, even though I'm not sure the actress was right for the part of CK. :moo:
 
Soo, a motion has been filed to postpone until 2014?! So typical of the DT! Who's surprised? NO ONE!

When will JSS rule on this? It is nothing but BS, or should I say more BS!

They never cease to make me sick.

All because the jury just could not come to a decision. They would have been better off deciding on Life instead of not deciding at all.

JMO, but I don't think there's a chance in hell CK would ever be declared unfit for trial. She may try for it mightily, but most of the mental health professionals are waaaaaay smarter than her, and she doesn't meet the criteria. :moo::moo::moo:

I guess the upside would be that the siblings of TA have enough time to save money and accrue vacation days so they can attend the sentencing trial. If JA is sentenced to death, they still have a long wait ahead of them.
 
I hope they do find some witnesses for her, so that JM can cross them and call his own witnesses this time.

Hm, I thought he was all about not wanting to be on TV. Whuh hawpened????


And if he's going to claim threats, he should prove them.
 
This may be old, but I just read it on "somebody's" FB page.....

"The sale of a DA book before or even after a person has been sentenced is unethical and just plain wrong. He should be reported to the ethics committee"


OMG! Yeah, writing a book is way worse then killing an innocent person! That whole family should be locked up in a mental institution before somebody else is killed!
