Which brings up another question. If he was still using the 'gel' for that little problem he has. Would they prescribe that to him in jail?

I sort of doubt it. I don't really know anything about the product but is it prescription only? He would get necessary 'scrips, but THAT? Dunno JMO

Yeah, would that be considered 'necessary'? I guess it depends on what exactly it was prescribed for.

Maybe it's not complete fantasy. Some companies have clauses in employee contracts stipulating things like no moonlighting, non-competes and restricting bandwidth and software to company related usage. I would think that at the very least HD has some sort of policy regarding downloading and uploading *advertiser censored* while on company time.

I sooo want to know HD's reason for firing RH. A poster mentioned way back that HD could fire an employee “at will” so if RH signed a contract with them that would have been included in the terms. It's probably not relevant to the case – I'm just being nosy. I also wonder if there was a shakedown and maybe other employees got the boot. Inquiring minds wanna know! :whine:

I recently got a new laptop at work. For the first time, I had to sign a contract saying I would not use it for anything other than school business. Even if I take it home, to do work, on my time, I cannot use it for anything personal. At the same time, our district is looking to downsize using any measures they can dig up. So, suffice it to say, if they want to get rid of someone, for any reason (say, for example, they can hire someone at a much lower scale), believe me they would dredge up your computer usage in an instant. And yet many people still continue to use it to shop, check their personal email, ebay, etc. Go figure. I would think all large corporations would now have employees sign something similar.

That being said, I don't think they would bother following up with any type of charges. Simply firing the person is quicker, easier and more cost effective. So, even though we are having a shake down where I work, lol, I'm pretty sure in this case it was simply because they found out how much personal stuff he was doing on their dime. Also, as someone mentioned above, it may have been a great way to get rid of someone who was probably a slacker anyway.

Ya know, they have been married since 2006........and were together before the marriage. I think he just maybe wasn't interested in Leanna that way anymore and the gels and injections were to try to have a pregnancy. He may have discovered his "favorite drug" around that time and that was when the sexting started. He was very proud of the proof of his virility (Cooper) but may not have been all that excited about Leanna. Just random thoughts...........could be way off the mark JMO

I know I'm just fantasizing here but how cool would it be if Home Depot also went after him for 'theft of services' for sexting while he was supposed to be working? Hey, a girl can dream :D

That would be a ***HUGE*** infraction where I work---terminable, for sure. But heck, I work for the Goobermint that (falsely) gets a bad rap. But I can tell you this much, they don't play. Dead serious tight ship, all-business...and that may surprise many here, I'm sure.

I'm curious as to how anyone can read the first message from Leanna to Harris. I have tried numerous times now and simply can't make out the first 4 words. However, the last thing is not a ? but a 7. If one looks at the message from Harris to Leanna about going to the early movies and being home around 7, one can see that it is the same as the top message. So Leanna apparently wanted to do something around/at 7 to which Harris responded Hell Yea!

The first four words of the text are: Get to work okay ?

Yeah, would that be considered 'necessary'? I guess it depends on what exactly it was prescribed for.

This may be one reason for Rs visit to the infirmary. Perhaps the staff was testing his T hormone levels so he could be prescribed medication for the serious medical condition. Once TRT has begun, it is a lifetime commitment. Maybe they were testing him for infectious diseases, too, such as gonorrhea, HIV, etc.
IMO, RH has LowT and must take replacement testosterone. Without the drug, he could plunge into a great depression and experience any number of the other terrible symptoms of LowT. Androgel or any TRT should not be used recreationally. This is a totally different drug than the little blue Viagra pills.

Wish we knew if TRT is indeed an issue. DeDEE, do you know if it is a full lifetime issue or can the deficiency happen at any age? Because it's hard for me to imagine that it was an issue when they were lovers in 2006 or earlier........unless they were into the abstinence thing. I'm a total dope about male issues other than a couple of husbands, lol no brothers, no kids. JMO

I know there are those who feel RH's sexting history should not have been made public and perhaps you are right, but if you think it's not relevant to the act of forgetting Cooper in the car, please hear me out. Ross was taking some extraordinary risks to participate in this behavior, and that's where the negligence comes in. Sure he has the right to a secret sexual life, but when he started taking big risks to do it at work, with his wife and son present, and with a minor, it began to interfere with his responsibilities as a parent and his obligations as a law-abiding citizen.

Think about it, how hard would it have been for him to pass up the 16-year old and look for a girl that was just a couple of years older? It's not like he didn't have any other sexting partners -- we already know he had up to six! He went after the minor because the risk was worth it to him, and that's what makes him a criminal and an unfit parent. I wish it weren't so. I really wish he would have just stuck to sexting adults and doing it during his spare/alone time. But he chose not to set those limitations on his behavior, and that's what makes the behavior relevant. If he is "judged" for his sexting, he really has no one to blame but himself.
I am not 100% sure, but I believe he was breaking the law sexting and sending pics of his ding a ling [emoji85] with Cooper in the room.
Obviously the woman he said that to was bothered by it or she wouldn't have told them.
Maybe they read it in a site. I dunno.

Actually the gel hinders pregnancy and increases libido.
"Testosterone improves libido and sexual function. But in large doses, it also can suppress the body's ability to produce sperm, spelling trouble for couples trying to get pregnant."

Thanks! I didn't even think about THAT being illegal too. I am just tired of the implication that if you think the sexting is relevant to the investigation, you are a prude and/or on some kind of a witch hunt, lol. :seeya:

Just my personal opinion.
Sexting is no issue to me really. 2 adults... he was known to do it at home with his wife and child there. It's not like be had been waiting all night. Leanna left that morning, be could have done it then too.
It's that he is o.k. going to a 16 yo to satisfy his urge. It tells me that he has no problem crossing moral lines.
16 may be "legal" in Ga. but it's not moral.
From that point in my head, the the dominoes start to fall...

That has been what has been said around here, however we can't clearly see what that first message says. I have flipped that photo to read the words correctly (instead of backwards) and enlarged it and the only thing that is clear in that first message is that it ends with a 7. I also, on the last thread or somewhere here, posted what I did read in those exchanges. Harris tells Leanna that they are going to the early movie and he would be home around/about 7. Leanna says ok. Harris says when are you getting my buddy? Leanna says call me......and then some things that I can't read because of Stoddard's hand/fingers in the way. I know all of that and could read all of that. But the first one from Leanna is one that can not be read, other than it ending with a 7.

It makes no sense for Harris to reply Hell Yea! to a question about get to work ok. And Leanna also did not spell out ok in her short message later to Harris, so why would she spell it out in her first message? It only makes sense if Leanna asked him if he wanted to do something at 7 or said she wanted to do something at 7.

And that may be the reason why Harris was taking it. Didn't want a child. I really don't believe that Harris and Leanna tried for a while to get pregnant. Parents that had trouble conceiving would be devastated at their child dying, especially at the hands of one (if not both) of the parents. I believe that is more likely that they were trying to not get pregnant.

I thought LH posted on a website that she was trying to get pregnant for a year?

Or maybe the conversation between she and Harris went something like this:

You need to get on birth control, I'm not using condoms.

I'll find out if this medication would prevent me from getting pregnant but just say that we want a baby, because how would that look to our families (that are bugging us for grandchildren) to find out we don't want kids.

Honestly we don't know if Leanna and/or Harris really wanted children or not. At this point we don't know if they were honest in what they put out on the web, in church, to their families and friends or not.

Actually, I thought you were the one who originally deciphered the text message last week and did not realize you were still puzzling with it. I'm just going to leave this text message sleuthing in your capable hands.

I did. It's bugging me that I can't read that first message though. Then I see that it is being said that Leanna asked Harris Get to work ok? as the first message. It's like that is now gospel or something, when it isn't. I do wish that the paper had been held straight in court, without Stoddard's hand in the way though.

Ross was taking TRT for the erection, imo. In LHs youtube post, she expressed surprise to learn that androgel [TRT] suppresses semen production.

Oh, and, my apologies, the last word in the first sentence is ok not okay.
