Leitch said the charge against Noudga relates to an allegation that she tried to help Millard "escape" on May 9, 2013. He would not elaborate as to what was meant by escape, or from whom. Police had at one time speculated there was a third person involved in Bosmas abduction and slaying, but Leitch said Noudga likely had no part in it.

that is interesting. i assumed she was the person in the vehicle following the truck, but this makes it seem like she wasn't there. if she had been in the following vehicle, and left the scene before anything went down in the truck, would that leave her clear of any charges of that evening? That is of course assuming they had no evidence of her having knowledge of what was going to happen (which we have no way of knowing for sure at the moment)?
