Agree with you OBE--The man is so much more than his hair (duh!). If he came in bald I would still be mesmerized by his mere presence.

What I find remarkably amusing is how when "Betty Boop" says: May we approach???? UGH!--Her arms are flailing all over the place trying to make HER point, and Juan may as well be reading a book, he is so disinterested. Obviously he knows the more this LV expert talks the more he has to shred her.

Wouldn't it be funny if LV is up there for 3 days going thru all this drivel and when it is his turn he has her answer-like 2 questions that blow apart everything she droned on about. "No further questions your honor"--let's go home!:what:

Heard the same here. NO GAG ORDER issued on Juror #5 so she is free to speak to the media.

Another thought on the "Abe email": in it she writes how she has discussed with Abe that she and TA are not "in an committed relationship" and "I am not Travis's girlfriend". It makes no sense that she would say these things to Abe if she was trying to ward him off. She would claim she is committed to TA and therefore doesn't want to lead Abe on or do anything that will send the wrong message to Abe or Travis. She would ONLY mention the non-committed status of the relationship with TA for TA's benefit- sort of saying, "I get we are not really girlfriend-boyfriend... but see what I am willing to write to this guy who is interested in me?" - all the while knowing Abe isn't really interested in her, but maybe bringing it up will make TA jealous and thereby get her the attention she craves. IMO she clearly wrote this email for TRAVIS not for Abe.

I'm sort of bummed out by a younger juror being dismissed. We need some of the younger jurors who understand the youth of today. I hope the DT doesn't go gunning for more of the young women. I think we need them.

I think Katie is one of the people that JA stares down in court. She probably has her Mom and Aunt on high alert when KKDJ is sitting close to them.

Guess what Jodi, I hope that KKDJ keeps coming into that courtroom looking as gorgeous as ever with her long beautiful blonde hair, her cute dimples, engaging smile!

You know something bothers me about the hearing this morning. They have this lady, Jury #5, appear at 9:15 AM PST. She has been a responsible juror. Yet, they choose to have this hearing all morning, holding everything up; then, to make it worse embarrass this lady escorting her out of the building!!!

This hearing could have been done at the end of today's trial session, and the county clerk (whomever would do this sort of thing) would call at her home informing of the dismissal and why.

Jury #5 would not have been humiliated in front of the other jurors and general people waiting to start this trial. I hold the Judge responsible for this ma-lay.

Have to disagree. After Nurmi filed that motion yesterday, the media was abuzz about what was happening and the Judge risked putting the trial into further jeopardy if someone went out the front today. Plus the talk of the other juror eating icecream etc out the front of the courtroom. There's also the time logistics and they needed to get the short case over and done with first. And last but not least, we don't know (yet) what she actually said or did.

People need to relax. Doesn't MATTER what Juan Martinez does with his hair. The fact remains that Jodi Arias is locked in a cage like the animal she is, and will remain so for the rest of her life, or until they get around to putting her to sleep. It's not like she's going to walk free. As for ALV, there is no difference between what she's doing on behalf of an admitted liar and killer and a prostitute. She's being paid to perform a service and she has to pretty much step outside whatever soul she might have to perform it. Judging solely on outward appearance, one might have to include she has not had very much actual experience in romantic relationships. Juan still gets to question her, still gets to offer rebuttal witnesses, and will have the last word to this jury in closing statements. I do think the judge has been FAR too lenient with the defense in this case and has seemingly not been in control of her courtroom. But Arias will be found guilty and will never be free again.

I agree. I think people are just venting because they are worried and stressed out that Justice might be hampered. We ALL want this imposter of a human being to be put down like the dog she is and anything that may interfere with that worries folks and they try to deal with it with petty humor and offbeat comments. I understand, as I too am worried that one Juror will believe this nonsense and cause serious problems with deliberations. We all do not want her to get life in prison, it's death, that is the ONLY outcome that will not be a victory for the Defense and NO one wants that.

So glad I decided to stop watching this witness about 20 min into her testimony last week. She is a waste of time just like Samuels was. There is no good or valid reason that can mitigate why JA murdered (yes, murdered) Travis. And, since I'm not on the jury, I don't have to watch or listen to her and can wait for JM's cross instead. Saves time, saves aggravation, and may I say, freedom is wonderful!

Yes, she is under no obligation to the case any longer unless the judge has specifically banned her from doing so but it is highly unlikely.

It was just mentioned on HLN that she can talk to anyone now. I'm sure HLN will write a huge check for her. JMO
